    By employing the evolution model of one-dimension signals,an evolution model of the image is construe-ted in a generalized space.and the relationships between the parameters of the proposed model and the physical variables of the image are ven,on the basis of which a structural information model of the image is proposed,H (Tran)being defined as the structure entropy of the image.It is indicated that images should evolve to achieve the highest structure entropy. Moreover.a hierarchical structure model is established,all term inal nodes of which form a semantic string.The semantic code of the image is finally defined.The inform ation quantity and entropy of this code are respectively considered as the semantic inform ation and the semantic entropy.

    In order to reduce the computational complexity of SVC(Support Vector Clustering)on the basis of the proximity graph model developed by Yang et al.,the Euclidean distance in the Hilbert space is calculated by using a Mercer kernel,which is used as the weight criterion to generate a MST(Minimum Spanning Tree).The connec-tivity estimations are then lowered by only checking the linkages between the edges that construct the main stem of the MST.Moreover,the non-compatibility degree is defined to support the edge selection during linkage estima-tions.Experimental results confirm that.compared with the proximity graph model,the proposed approach is of fas-ter speed,optimized clustering quality and strong ability of noise suppression,which makes SVC advantageous in dealing with large data sets.

    A computer program was developed to analyze the moment-curvature relationship of RC columns strengthened with carbon fiber sheets(CFSs).By using the proposed program,the effects of various parametersthe characteristic value corresponding to carbon fiber sheets,the axial compression ratio,the sectional dimension,the characteristic value coresponding to transverse reinforcement,the longitudinal reinforcement rate and the con-crete strength- on the moment-curvature relationship were analyzed in different operation conditions.On the basis of the analytical results.methods to determine the nondimensional characteristic parameters in a trilinear model de-scribing the sectional moment-curvature relationship of the RC columns were then proposed.The results show that the regression formulas for the characteristic parameters in the proposed trilinear model are of excellent precision.

    in order to find an available way to control the pavement quality in construction process,a method of detecting and evaluating the surface segregation of asphalt pavement was presented.This method based on the digital image technique includes three parts,i.e.,the detection of segregation,the definition of non-segrega-tion and the evaluation of segregation levels.The results of the parallel test indicate that the proposed method combines a precision suited to the pavement engineering and the advantages of low cost and facility,and it is helpful to improve the pavement quality and to prolong the pavement life.

    The formulas to calculate the shrinkage creep of arbitrary cross-section eccentrically-compressed men-bers were deduced in this paper,during which,besides the process of construction,the influences of the axial force variation,the concrete elasticity modulus variation and the change of circumstance and the reinforcement ratio on the stress redistribution in the cross-section were considered,and the median coefficients of concrete creep and con-crete elastic modulus were employed.The track test of the shrinkage creep in an actual project was then carried out.The results indicate that there is great difference between the calculated results with and without considering the construction process,that the theoretically calculated results accord well with the practical ones,and that the proposed calculation form ulas are in good a~eement with the practical bearing model,thus providing references to the design of actual projects.

    Granitite distributes widely in Guangdong.The surface of the cutting slope composed by the granitite weathering remaining soil is scoured seriously.In this paper,the main factors influencing the scouring stability of the cutting slope were analyzed,according to which the evaluation indexes and corresponding membership functions of the fuzzy evaluation for the scouring stability were determined,and a reasonable evaluation model was set up.The proposed method was then used to evaluate the scouring stability of a typical cutting slope example in Yingde area of Guangdong,thus verifying the effectiveness of the fuzzy evaluation.The results indicate that the scouring stability of the cutting slope is poor without reinforcement and protection,and obviously becomes better by stabili· zing the surface soil and planting vegetables between concrete grids on the slope.It is also shown that the fuzzy method to evaluate the scouring stability is of great applicability.

    In order to investigate the coupling effect between the projectile deformation and the target,the mushroo-ming deformation of the projectile impacting on a deformable target was theoretiallly analyzed by taking into account the penetration of the projectile into the deformable target.A model of the mushrooming deformation was then estab-lished based on Taylor model,thus deriving the numerical solution to the model,the variations of the variables with time,the profile of the deformed projectile and the relation among the shape parameters,the duration time of de-formation,the impact velocity and the characteristics of the projectile and the target.It follows from the results that the proposed model can give more reasonable results which are more accordant with the test results

    According to relevant research achievements,engineering experience,literatures and gauges,the com-ponents of the prototype of metro PSD(Platform Screen Door)were set down.The contents and gauges of capability test for the prototype were also determined.The test contents include 5 aspects,that is,the capability test of door movement,the system test,the fatigue test,the combined electric-magnetic capal?ility and the insulation.Th e ca-pab ility test of door movement includes dynamic energy,moving velocity curve,force for door closing,force for manual door opening and time for door closing/opening.Th e system test includes the moving control of the dor by simulated sign als,the system capability,the obstacle detection and the door reopening.The proposed method is practical to the test of homemade PSDs,especially the combined electric—magnetic capability of the equipment.

    The membrane structure is first discreted into the cable’net structure according to the method of stress equivalence.Next,for a cable-net structure,nodal equilibrium equations of free nodes are directly established,ac-cording to which formulas for the form--finding and loading analysis of the membrane structure are individually de-rived.Then,the isostress surface assumption and wrinkle problem of the membrane structure are discussed.A pro-gram for the form-finding and loading analysis of the membrane structure are finally developed.Some examples veri-fy the feasibility of the proposed methods.

    Three castellated beams were designed and tested. Based on the obtained experimental data,the me-chanical behavior,sectional stress distribution and loading capacity of the tested circular-hole and hexagon-hole castellated beams were analyzed.It is f0und that the loading capacity of the circular-hole castellated beam is greater than the hexagon-hole one.Moreover.the correctness of the reduced calculation iS verified by the comparison be-tween the theoretical values obtained by the reduced calculation and the tested values.Thus,the design methods of the two castellated beams are given.

    The effects of fillers, such as mineral fillers, cement and fibers, on the pavement performance of asphalt binder are quantitatively investigated by rheology methodology. The results show that fillers can obviously improve the high- temperature performance of asphalt binder with different degrees, and that, in the same proportion of mixture,cement has a stronger improving effect than mineral filler, and so does polyacrylonitrile fiber than basalt fiber. These conclusions are then proved by Marshall stability test and CPN rutting test of asphalt mixtures. Moreover, it is found that, after the addition of fillers, the fatigue parameter of asphalt binder is obviously improved. So, there develops a scientific method which is effective in deciding the optimum filler content, thus balancing the high- temperature performance and the fatigue performance of asphalt binder .

    The operation mode and characteristics of a single-stage AC/DC PFC (Power Factor Correction)converter with an asymmetrical half-bridge topology are analyzed in this paper.The numerical simulation is then carried out by using the SIMetrix software,followed by an experiment of a prototype converter.Th e simulated and experi-mental results show that the proposed single-stage PFC converter works in discontinuous conduction mode(DCM) and is of excellent PFC and soft-switching performances with very high power factor and efficiency.

    The principle of the asymmetrical half-bridge converter with current doubler rectification was analy d,and the ZVS(Zero-V0hage-Switched)conditions of the converter were deduced. In order to eliminate the influence resulted fmm the big leakage inductance,a method was proposed to reduce the leakage inductance by releasing the ma; letizing inductance.Th is method is based on the analysis of the effect of the magnetizing current on the ZVS of the e0nverter. Simulated resuIts confirm that the proposed converter can achieve ZVS at rated load even with very small leakage inductance and can effectively reduce the duty cycle loss.

    In 0rder to investigate the actual running process of all kinds of heat exchangers with great energy waste eaused bv the fl0uling resistance,the economy performance of two condensers respectively with rifled tubes and smooth tubes are analyzed and compared,aiming to determine whether the energy consumption of the system can be decrleased by selecting different tubes to improve the heat exchange perform ance of the condenser.The fouling and resistanee eharacteristies 0f the heat exchange tube were both taken into account during the analyses. The result shows that rined tubes eannot always enhance the economy perform ance of the condenser,and there are critical ve-l0eitv and eritieal time in the condenser.Thus,a theoretical basis and some references were given to the design and economical operation of the condenser.

    Nb2 O5was doped into the Er“ -doped tellurite glass to improve its thermal stability. The absorption spectra.fluorescence spectra and therm al stability parameters of the four types of Er3+-doped tellurite glass were in.vestigated.The Judd-Ofelt intension parametersΩt ( Ω2=(5.99~10.38)×10 -20cm ,Ω4= (1.91~2.67)×10-20cm26=(0.92~1.28)×10-20cm2 )were then calculated by means of Judd.Ofelt theory.Moreover,the stimulated emission cross section was calculated by McCumber theory ,and the effects of diferent compositions on the spectroscopic property and therm al stability of the glass were compared.The results show that the Er3 .doped 0.70TeO2-0.15ZnO-0.05BaO-0.10Nb2 O5 glass is of excellent therm al stability, exhibits a large stimulated emission cross section(10.96 X 10-20cm2  )and a broad full width at the half maximum(67 nm),and is a suitab le type medium glass for the broadband Er3+-doped fiber amplifier

    Under conditions of simulated acid rain and lake water,the speciation transfer and variation of the heavy metals Cu.Pb and Zn in the atmospheric particulates(TSP)sampled in Baiyun District of Guangzhou were investi· gated bv means of continuous chemistry extraction.The results indicate that the total contents of Cu,Pb and Zn greatly decrease after dipping in the simulated acid rain,while the amounts of extractable fraction of Cu and Pb in‘ crease little.Zn mainly appears as residual fraction.It is also shown that,after the treatment by lake water,the to· tal contents of Cu and Pb generally have no change,Cu transfers from residual fraction to Fe-Mn oxide and organic fraction.Pb transfers from extractable fraction to other fractions,and Zn mainly transfers to lake water with an ex-tractable fraction.

    In order to produce soluble recombinant human anti-HBsAg single-chain Fv(HBscFv)in pilot scale,recombinant P.pastoris excreting HBscFv was inoculated in a 30-L fermentor to carry out a fed-batch culture.HB-scFv in the supernatant was then purified with a two-step procedure.namely,ion-exchange and immuno-affinity chromatography.It is found that,after the culture for 7 days,the cell density(OD6o0)of recombinant P.pastoris and the yield of target protein are respectively 334 and 260 mg/L.After the purification,HBscFv is collected with purity of 95%and a productivity of 171 mg/L.The results of bioassay demonstrate that the specific activity of HBscFv produced by P.pastoris is(2.52±0.17)μg-2,without significant difference from that produced by E.coli..

    In order to construct the plasmid of hlL-2/IFN-γ chimeric gene and screen high-level expressing bacteria,hlL-2/IFN-γ chimeric gene amlzIlifted by PCR with specific primers was cloned into NcoⅠ/Hindn Ⅲ sites of pPROEX HTb plasmid vector,and the recombinant was screened by means of double enzyme digestion and sequencing.The proteins expressed by recombinant E.coli Top10 F’/[hlL-2/IFN-γ ]were analyzed with SDS-PAGE,and tested its antigenecity and biological activity.thus successfully constructing the plasmid.After optimizing the expression conditions.the recombinant strain expresses the target fusion protein with a relative molecular mass of 34 ku and comprises 30% of the total bacteria protein.The results of EHSA and Western-blot analyses indicate that the recombinant strain can specially combine with anti-IFN-γ- antibody.Moreover,the results of activity measuration indicate that the activities of lL-2 and IFN-γ respectively achieve 1.7×107 U/mg and 3.2×106U/mg.

    The codons of the 98 th and the 1 32nd cysteine(Cys)of haFGF(Human Acidic Fibroblast Growth Fac-tor)cDNA Were reFIlaced with the serine(Ser)codon by means of PCR.Thus,the recombinant plasmid pET3c-haFGFSer98,132 was constructed,which was then transformed into E coli BI21(DE3),with an expression level of 23.48%.The activity of the product was detected by MTT method,with the conclusion that the mutant of haFGFSer98,132 is of an activitv similar to stan dard haFGF. Maleimide-6-aminocaproyl-mPEG5000 ester was site-directed couple to the 31 st cysteine residue of haFGFSer98,132 .The result indicates that the modification rate is up to 30% ,and the re-mained specific activity of the purified PEG-haFGFSer98,132 is 55.53% .

    To make sure about whether the lalwa of Tenebfio molitor L.can decrease the plasma lipid level,32 hy-perlipemia rats were randomly divided into four groups:the first and the second fed with Tenebrio molitor L.larva with the mass fractions of 3% and 10% (in rat)respectively,the third fed with the drug of“Xuezhikang”with the content of 0.02 g/(kg·d-1 ),and the fourth-control group.The four groups were all fed with high-level lipid feed.In addition,of the control group with natural plasma lipid,8 rats with natural plasma lipid level were fed with Tenebrio molitor L.larva,with the mass fraction of 10% in rat.On the 14th and 1 8th days after the administra-tion,the contents of TC,TG and HDL-C in the serum of the rats were assayed.The results reveal that Tenebfio molitor L.larva can remarkably restrain the increase in TC and TG(P<0.05),which means significant regulating ability for plasma lipid of the larva of Tenebrio molitor L..

    The purpose of this paper is to overcome the boundary trouble when the function in a bounded interval is expanded to wavelets.First,the necessary and suficient conditions of constructing the M-band band-limited scaling function aye presented.Next,by the orthogonal muhiresolution analysis,the necessary conditions of a kind of Mband band-limited orthogonal wavelet function constructed by the scaling function are proposed. By means of weighed orthogonal polynomials and the wavelet functions,the M-band band-limited orthogonal wavelet-like functions in a bounded interval are then established.By the above mentioned methods,the functions in a bounded intenral can be expanded as the sum of finite tems of the scaling functions and wavelet.like functions,thus the nu-merical analysis of partial diferential equations,the regression function estimation and the signal processes can be easily deah with.
