Journal of South China University of Technology (Natural Science Edition), or JSCUT for short, is sponsored by South China University of Technology (SCUT), under the auspices of the Department of Science and Technology, the Ministry of Education of China. It is a comprehensive academic periodical focusing on science and technology. JSCUT publishes up-to-date innovative and significant scientific achievements made in SCUT and elsewhere, in an attempt to enliven the university’s academic atmosphere, enhance the spirit of innovation, and foster the emerging academic disciplines. The target audiences are university teachers and students, scientists and science workers and engineering and technical personnel in general. Contributions from institutions all over the world are welcome.
As one of the major sci-tech journals in China, JSCUT has been classified as a key comprehensive technical periodical by the Superorder of Principal Points of Key Chinese Periodicals. Its published papers have been indexed and abstracted in many domestic and foreign databases, such as Engineering Index (EI, USA), China Academic Journal (CD), Chinese Journal Network, and the WANFANG DATA link (the full text online version).
