    3D integral outside finned tubes were fabricated by using a tool with single edge and cone extruding face,and the forming process of fins as well as its dependence on the radius of cone extruding face was investigated. Then,the forming mechanism of fin micromorphology and the influences of cutting parameters on fin micromorphology were analyzed. It is found that,in the forming process,the surface metal material of workpiece only splits
    rather than removes from the workpiece body,and the split chips are extruded into fins by the cone extruding face. The forming process of fins can be divided into three stages including splitting,sliding and fins forming,and big radius of cone extruding face contributes to the forming. Moreover,it is indicated that the microcrack to intersect the whole fin at the top makes the fin turn into double fins microscopically,and that the thickness of fins increases with the cutting depth and the pitch of fins increases with the feed.

    In this paper,on the basis of the eternal periodicity and the infinite derivative continuity of sinusoidal waveform and by considering the fact that lower welding energy is required in welding light material aluminum alloy,simplified formulas were deduced to describe the sinusoidal swing parameters in the aluminum welding with sinusoid-modulated pulsed MIG welding. Then,some experiments were carried out to validate the correctness and practicality of the formulas,and ideal fish-scale welding seams are easily and stably formed in the welding process. Experimental results indicate, when κ is in the duration of [15. 0%,23. 1%],the sinusoid-modulated pulsed MIG welding is of wide parameter matching range,low parameter requirement,large stable working region and low sensitivity to external interferences. Thus,it is concluded that the proposed formulas provide theory and test foundation for the optimization and matching of parameters in the aluminum welding with pulsed MIG welding.

    In order to design heat pipe tools with rational structure,first,a performance test system of heat pipe was developed to simulate the working conditions of heat pipe in the lathe tool. Next,the operation parameters of the heat pipe were optimized by means of orthogonal test. Then,based on the optimization results,three heat pipe tools with different installation forms,including the embedding,the lateral compression and the slot embedding, were designed and fabricated. Finally,an experiment in dry turning of 45# steel was carried out to quantitatively evaluate the heat dissipation performance of the tools. The results of heat dissipation performance test demonstrate that,when the heating length of the evaporator section is 18mm,the cooling length of the condenser section is 20mm,the temperature of recycling water is 75℃ and the bending angle of the heat pipe is 5°,both the round and the flat heat pipes are of the optimum heat transfer performance. In addition,the calorimetric experiment in cutting process show that the heat pipe tool with embedding form possesses the highest heat transfer efficiency,while that with lateral compression form possesses the lowest one.

    In order to implement the uniform load distribution of the gear train with dual power split,first,a pseudostatic model is built. Next,according to the closed-loop characteristics of system power flow,the conditions for the deflection compatibility of torsional angle are proposed,which are then combined with the moment equilibrium conditions and the elastic support conditions to calculate the transmission torque of each gear pair with the help of the equivalent mesh error theory and the equivalent mesh stiffness theory. Finally,the load-sharing coefficient of the system is obtained and the influences of the installation and manufacturing errors of each component on the power split are analyzed based on the statics theory. The results show that the above-mentioned errors collectively influence the load-sharing characteristics,and that the reduction of a single error is ineffective in achieving perfect load-sharing characteristics.

    In order to find the main factors that play an important role in vehicle radiator performance and vehicle reliability,a physical model of the vehicle engine cabin is set up according to the original data,and a heat exchange model is established to describe the radiator module. Then,a virtual tunnel is adopted to perform a comparative analysis under typical working conditions with CFD ( Computational Fluid Dynamics) numerical simulation,and the simulated results accord well with the experimental ones. Moreover,a new physical model is established according to another popular engine cabin arrangement,which is compared with the former through simulation. It is found that there is a temperature gradient of cold air inside the radiator,that the flowability of the air improves in regular engine cabin,and that the engine cabin with side-sited radiators is of higher heat exchange performance.

    In order to further reveal the microwave regeneration mechanism of diesel particulate filter,a two-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model for the microwave regeneration system,which combines the AHP ( Analytic Hierarchy Process) subjective weighting and the entropy objective weighting methods,is established based on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. Then,a quantitative analysis is carried out to obtain the weights of microwave power,deposited particulate mass,exhaust temperature,oxygen content,mass flow on the efficiency,time,peak temperature and property of the regeneration. Finally,the regeneration properties affected by various factors are evaluated. The results show that exhaust temperature has the greatest effect on the regeneration efficiency and time,with the weights respectively being 0. 4701 and 0. 5361,that the mass of deposited particulate has the greatest effect on the regeneration peak temperature,with the weight being up to 0. 4244,and that the regeneration efficiency is of the maximum weight on the regeneration efficiency,namely 0. 6162.

    In order to overcome the problem for the greatly-taken time,high space complexity and slow convergence of the traditional interval algorithm in solving the global optimization,an affine algorithm introducing the traditional affine algorithm and the local optimization algorithm is proposed. In this new algorithm,the upper bound of the global optimal solution is obtained by the local optimization algorithm and the affine arithmetic for the objective
    function in each subinterval,and the carding or discarding of the corresponding interval is determined according to the comparison between the lower bound of the affine arithmetic in each subinterval and the upper bound of the global optimal solution. Moreover,the subinterval containing the optimal value is obtained by deleting the subinterval without the optimal value. Numerical simulation results show that,as compared with the traditional interval optimization algorithm,the proposed algorithm possesses higher convergence speed and occupies less system resource.

    In order to overcome the problems resulting from the local strain in the collocated configuration of piezoelectric structure and the compensation damping ratio of the positive position feedback ( PPF) algorithm,first,a new method is proposed,which uses a low-pass filter to attenuate the local high-frequency strain mode and employs the direct velocity negative feedback ( DVFB) to modify the PPF algorithm for the damping ratio improvement. Next,the conditions for the stability of the improved algorithm are analyzed according to the Royce criterion. Then,by taking a plane panel structure as the objective,an experiment is carried out to verify the proposed method,in which a laser scanning vibrometer is used to identify the shape of the two modes and piezoelectric patches are pasted for vibration control. Simulated and experimental results show that,under either sine or random signal excitation,the method integrating low-pass filtering,PPF and DVFB greatly reduces the mode amplitude at 90 and 162Hz and effectively suppresses the harmonic component during the single PPF experiment,with a simultaneous control effect of the two modes being up to more than 10 dB.

    3-aminocoumarin and its derivatives are of great research value. In this paper,first,3-amino-7-hydroxycoumarin ( 1) was synthesized via a Perkin reaction,with 2,4-dihydroxybenzaldehyde and N-acetylglycine as the materials. Then,two kinds of coumarin-Schiff base compounds ( 4a and 4b) were prepared via the condensation of compound 1 respectively with 7-diethylaminocoumarin-3-aldehyde and 2,4-dihydroxybenzaldehyde. Finally,the
    structures,photo-physical properties and metal ion recognition performances of 4a and 4b were characterized by means of FT-IR,NMR,UV-Vis and fluorescence spectroscopy. The results indicate that both 4a and 4b show weak fluorescence emission,and that 4a can be used as a potential Ni2 + colorimetric chemosensor due to its high-efficiency selective recognition of Ni2 +.

    The homogeneous graft copolymerization of acrylic acid ( AA) and microcrystalline cellulose ( MCC) was carried out,with potassium persulfate as the initiator and with 65% zinc chloride aqueous solution as the reaction medium. Then,the effects of initiator dosage,initiation time,grafting time and monomer dosage on the grafting ratio were discussed,and the characteristics of the MCC before and after the grafting were analyzed by means of FTIR,XRD and TGA. The results show that,at a initiator-to-MCC mass ratio of 1 : 2,a monomer-to-MCC mass ratio of 5:1 and a initiation time of 10min,the copolymerization at 60℃ for 8 h may result in a grafting ratio of 20.3%,that the size of the grafted copolymer shows a decreasing trend while the potential shows an increasing trend with the prolonging of grafting time,that acrylic acid successfully grafts onto MCC because there exists a C﹦O absorption peak at 1729 cm-1 of the grafted copolymer,and that both the crystallinity and the thermal decomposition temperature of MCC decrease after the grafting.

    In this paper,epoxy resin-modified sulphonated waterborne polyurethane emulsions with a solid content of 50% were synthesized,with isophorone diisocyanate,hexamethylene diisocyanate and polyethylene glycol adipate diol as the main raw materials,and with 1,4-butanediol,N-( 2-aminoethyl) -amino ethane sulphonated sodium and epoxy resin E-51 respectively as the small-molecular chain extender,the hydrophilic chain extender and the
    modifier. Then,the influences of epoxy resin content on the crystallization property of the cast films were investigated by means of FT IR, XRD, SEM, AFM, DSC and DMA. The results show that,with the increase of epoxy resin content,the two sharp diffraction peaks at 21.2° and 24.3° in XRD spectra are disrupted,the phase separation of the hard segment from the soft one of the cast films shown in SEM and AFM images is inhibited,distinct exothermic and endothermic peaks in DSC curve can be easily found,the relative crystallinity of the cast films decreases,and the glass transition temperature of the soft segment shown in DMA curves shifts to a lower value. All these abovementioned statements indicate that the addition of epoxy resin weakens the crystallization of the cast films.

    In order to avoid the micro-pollution of drinking water source due to ammonia nitrogen ( NH3-N) and organics,for the first time,a waterworks in Guangzhou city adopted the high-rate up-flow biological aerated filter ( HUBAF) with a flow rate of 735 thousand ton per day as a pretreatment process. In the first three months after the stable operation,the NH3-N content and CODMn in raw water respectively reached 0.44~2.22 mg /L and 1.84 ~6.06 mg /L,and those in the pretreatment effluent were respectively below 0.5mg /L and 2.0mg /L. Moreover,the iron and manganese contents in the raw water were respectively up to 1.16 and 0.22mg /L,while those in the waterworks effluent were respectively 0.05 and 0.03 mg /L. Due to the large-particle ceramic filter media combined with fluid-bed technology,the average removal of turbidity was only about 2.5 NTU and the head loss was steadily below 1.0m. HUBAF adopts an air-water-combined backwashing system with up-and-down flow,which keeps the change of head loss within 0.1m and makes it possible to share a common aeration system in the filter. The application of HUBAF demonstrates that,as compared with the biological pretreatment technologies that have been put into application,such as the elastic packing-contact oxidation technology and the suspended-ball fluidized technology,HUBAF possesses stronger resistance to impact loading,higher NH3-N nitration rate and better removal of iron and manganese,and that the“HUBAF-conventional treatment”combined system is of a organics removal similar to that of the“O3-BAC”advanced process.

    In order to reveal the effect of pretreatment on the organics hydrolysis and biogas production in the hydrogen-methane co-production process,a mesophilic-thermophilic anaerobic co-digestion of paper mill sludge ( PS) and food waste ( FW) pretreated with H2SO4 or NaOH in batch reactors was carried out,and the mixed fermentation performances of paper mill sludge and food waste pretreated with H2SO4 or NaOH at different concentrations were investigated. The results show that the pretreatment enhances the hydrolysis of organics and makes the macromolecular organic compounds degrade into micromolecular particles,and that the pretreatment obviously increases the hydrogen yield,especially the pretreatment with NaOH at the dosage of 10% ( calculated on the basis of the mass of total solid),which results in a hydrogen yield increment of 50.20% ( as compared with the check reactor) and a VS ( Volatile Solids) removal of 16.06%. However,the pretreatment has no obvious effect on the methane production after the hydrogen fermentation,concretely,both the methane yield and the peak total VS removal are close to or less than that in the check reactor.

    Considering that the present energy-using analysis and simulation of papermaking process are lacking in the integrated analyses of the material, energy and exergy flows,first,the balanced calculation of the three types of flows is employed to model the papermaking process. Next,the general modeling methods as well as the basic models of papermaking process are presented. Then,the basic abstract unit models to respectively describe the material,energy and exergy flows are established,and the general mathematical models for the energy and exergy flow calculations of multiple materials as well as an unit analysis parameter set are presented. Finally,the material property database of water,vapor,dry air,etc.,are established, and the general and fundamental functional modules to describe the mix and split of integrated analyses of the above three flows in the papermaking process are presented,thus providing a technology and implementation foundation for the modeling of the energy system for a whole papermaking mill based on the integration of energy and material flows.

    Aspergillus niger ( A. niger) owns effective capabilities of protein expression and secretion. In order to implement the effective recombinant expression of heterologous protein in non-spore A. niger,several selection markers were evaluated and hygromycin B resistance gene was selected to establish an Agrobacterium tumefaciens ( A. tumefaciens) -mediated transformation system of A. niger. Then,Rhizomucor miehei lipase ( RML) was transformed into A. niger SH-1 via the A. tumefaciens-mediated transformation and was verified by means of PCR identification,enzyme activity assay,Ni affinity chromatography and SDS-PAGE. Finally,RML transformants effectively expressing RML protein were obtained after the fermentation optimization. The p-nitrophenol colorimetry results show that the transformants possesses a lipase activity of 15 U/mL,which is more than ten times that expressed in yeast.

    In this paper,decaprenyl diphosphate synthase ( ddsA) gene from Rhizobium radiobacter was cloned and used to construct a target fragment for red recombination. Then,the ispB gene in Escherichia coli genome was substituted with ddsA gene by homologic recombination,which made the recombinant Escherichia coli be capable of synthesizing CoQ10 instead of CoQ. Moreover,some key enzyme genes for CoQ synthesis,such as ddsA,ubiA,ispA and idi,were strengthened to improve the production of CoQ10 ( up to 126. 9%) . Comprehensive analyses show that ddsA and ubiA are key genes,while ispA and idi are secondary key genes for CoQ10 synthesis.

    Enzymolysis of using dextranase is the best way to the removal of dextrans that result in sugar loss,manufacture difficulty and quality decline during the sugar manufacture. In this paper,dextranase gene dex was cloned into a yeast constitutive expression vector pGAPZαA,and the recombinant plasmid pGAPZαA-dex was transformed into Pichia pastoris KM71H to construct an engineering strain constitutively expressing dextranase. After the
    cultivation for 120 h in a shake flask,dextranase with an activity of 60.4U/mL was successfully obtained,thus implementing the constitutive expression of dextranase in Pichia pastoris. The proposed method avoids the use of methanol during the fermentation,which helps to improve the production and use safety during the sugar manufacture.

    In order to explore a stable and effective extraction method of cell wall proteins ( CWPs) for the research on the cell wall proteome of Pichia pastoris and the related metabolic regulation of methanol,three kinds of yeasts,namely GS115 /KFS-CALB with recombined non-covalently-bonded cell wall Flo1p protein flocculin,GS115 /KNSCALB with covalently-bonded cell wall α lectin and GS115 /Pir1-CALB with recombined covelently-bonded cell
    wall Pir1 protein,were used to extract cell wall proteins using hot SDS,laminarinase,HF-pyridine and mild alkali. The results indicate that the three types of CWPs mentioned above have successfully displayed on the cell wall of Pichia pastoris,that the three tpyes of anchored proteins all have little effect on the cell growth but great effect on the expression of displayed enzyme when they are used to display the lipase,and that the specific hydrolase activity of lipase of GS115 /KFS-CALB,GS115 /KNS-CALB and GS115 /Pir1-CALB are respectively up to 855. 02,1239. 40 and 210. 47 U per gram of dry cells. It is also found that hot SDS is effective in releasing the CWPs Flo1p flocculin of GS115 /KFS-CALB,that laminarinase and HF-pyridine are effective in releasing the CWPs α lectin of GS115 /KNS-CALB,and that both laminarinase and mild alkali are effective in releasing the Pir1 proteins of
    GS115 /Pir1-CALB.

    In their earlier research,the authors have found that at least two kinds of fibrinolytic enzymes can be obtained from the submerged culture of Cordyceps militaris. As a further research,this paper deals with the isolation and purification of these fibrinolytic enzymes by means of ammonium sulfate precipitation,Sephadex G-25 gel filtration chromatography,Phenyl-Sepharose HP hydrophobic interaction chromatography,CM-Sepharose FF weak-cation exchange chromatography and Superdex 75 gel filtration chromatography. After the purification,two kinds of fibrinolytic enzymes are obtained,namely fibrinolytic enzyme I with a specific activity of 1467.44U/mg,a purification fold of 36.07 and a recovery of 5.79%,as well as fibrinolytic enzyme II with a specific activity of 1681.58U/mg,a purification fold of 41.33 and a recovery of 4.00%. SDS-PAGE results indicate that the two kinds of fibrinolytic enzymes,whose relative molecular mass are respectively about 28000 and 32000,are both electrophoretic pure.

    This paper deals with the influences of frozen mode and frozen time on the secondary structure of wheat gluten proteins by means of circular dichroism spectroscopy. The results show that the secondary structure of the non-frozen gluten proteins in SDS solution is mainly composed of β sheets and random coils,that the two adopted frozen storage modes have no obvious effect on the secondary structure of the gluten proteins when the frozen time is less than 60 d,and that,in the thermostatic frozen storage mode,the secondary structure obviously changes after a storage for 90 d,the α helixes of the soluble gluten proteins turn into β sheets and β turns,and the β sheets and the β turns of the insoluble gluten proteins turn into α helixes and random coils. However,in the freeze-thaw storage mode,the secondary structure significantly changes after a storage for 60 d,the α helixes of the soluble gluten proteins turn into β sheets and random coils,and the β sheets and the β turns of the insoluble gluten proteins turn into α helixes and random coils. Thus,it is concluded that,in the thermostatic frozen storage mode,the secondary structure of the gluten proteins changes only when the frozen time is equal to or greater than 90 d,while in the
    freeze-thaw storage mode,the storage only for 60 d may affect the secondary structure.

    In this paper,the pasting and thermodynamic properties of four kinds of corn starch with different amylose contents were investigated by using a Brabender viscometer and a differential scanning calorimeter. Then,after being gelatinized only or with an additional storage at 4℃ for 24h,the starch was tested to reveal the effects of different treatment modes on the digestibility. Moreover,the correlation between the amylose content and the digestibility was analyzed. The results show that the amylose content greatly influences the peak viscosity,setback viscosity,DSC gelatinization temperature of the starch,that both the digestion products and the digestion rate of the starch with different treatments in the in-vitro digestion model decrease with the increase of amylose content,and that,as compared with the gelatinized starch,the retrogradated starch stored at 4℃ for 24 h is of less digestion products and lower digestion rate,with the decrement being related to the amylose content.

    In this paper,soluble soybean polysaccharide ( SSPS) -Fe( Ⅲ) complex was prepared,and a mathematical model based on the single factor test and the response surface test was established to optimize the corresponding preparation conditions. Then,the structure of the complex was identified by means of UV-Vis and FT-IR. The results show that,under the optimal conditions,namely a reaction time of 1.47 h,a temperature of 69.8℃,a pH value of 8.89 and a mass ratio of SSPS to trisodium citrate of 1.92 : 1,the tested Fe( Ⅲ) content of the complex,namely 30.65%,is close to the predicated value of 31.94%,which means that the proposed model based on the response surface methodology is reasonable. Moreover,it is found that SSPS-Fe( Ⅲ) complex can be successfully prepared by the reaction of the carboxyls in SSPS with the iron core formed through β-FeOOH structure aggregation.

    In order to widen the application of sucrose thermal oligosaccharides caramel ( STOC) prepared by the thermolysis of acided sucrose,the pH value, characteristic absorption,browning degree,sugar content,antioxidant activity of the STOC prepared respectively by dry and wet processes at different temperatures were investigated and the main components as well as the thermal stability of the products were analyzed. The results show that,with the increase of temperature,the pH value of the STOC prepared by dry process first increases and then slowly decreases,but the one by wet process gradually decreases,that the characteristic absorption and browning of the STOC appear a up-trend in dry process and respectively reach the maximum of 3. 151 and 2. 128 at 160℃ in wet process,and that,for the STOC prepared by the two processes,the total sugar content gradually decreases,the reducing sugar content first increases and then decreases,and the antioxidant activity improves. Moreover,it is found that the STOC mainly contains oligosaccharides,such as sucrose and 1-kestose,together with small amount of glucose and fructose,etc.,and that the main compounds obtained from the STOC pyrolysis include furan,furan ketone,pyrazole,pyrrolidine,aldehyde,alkene and anhydride.

    In order to reveal the influences of extraction and purification on the properties of beet dietary fibre and promote the value increment of beet pulp,the effects of beet pulp materials and pretreatment method on the quality of beet pectin were discussed. Then,the physiochemical properties of the beet pectin graded by acid extraction and alcohol precipitation were analyzed by using a HPLC and a Haake rheometer,and the morphological and structural changes of the insoluble dietary fibre ( IDF) after the deproteinization by enzymes were investigated by means of SEM. The results indicate that the pretreatment with dilute acid or warm water is unnecessary for the extraction of pectin from 3 kinds of beet pulp,that the product of yield and purity reaches the maximum in the extraction of pectin from grain pulp under optimal conditions,and that the beet pectin graded by acid extraction and alcohol precipitation includes a suspended layer and a deposited layer,and that the suspended pectin layer is of lower density,lighter color,higher viscosity and greater percentage of large molecules. Moreover,it is found that,after the pectin extraction,the cavernous skeleton structure of the pressed beet pulp becomes smoother and the filler particles in cavity disappear,and that further deproteinzation treatment enlarges the cavity and results in the lamellar skeleton structure.

    In order to accelerate the physical and chemical reactions and shorten the aging process of brandy,oak barrels with different volumes were treated with electric field for 12 months,and the content changes of phenol compounds in the brandy stored in the oak barrels were investigated. The results show that,after the electric field treatment,the contents of tannins and total phenols are both significantly higher than those in the untreated samples, and that the contents of tannins,total phenols,vanillin,syringaldehyde,gallic acid and protocatechuic acid in the treated brandy are respectively 54.6%, 9.6%,47.1%,7.1%,19.4% and 23.1% higher than those in the control in 5 L oak barrels,and are respectively 46.9%,9.1%,46.3%,14.3%,19.4% and 34.5% higher than those in the control in 2 L oak barrels. It is thus concluded that electric field treatment helps to enhance the extraction of phenol compounds from oak barrels and to improve the quality of final brandy.

    Eight poultry samples including chicken and duck were collected in a certain fresh market and were enriched in Bolton and Preston broths,followed by the inoculation on selective agar media ( Skirrow and mCCDA) and by the membrane filtration. Then,the molecular types of the isolated Campylobacter strains were analyzed by means of pulse field gel electrophoresis ( PFGE) and denaturing gradient gel electrophoresis ( DGGE) ,and C. jejuni or C. coli were isolated from six samples. The results show that the combination of Preston broth and mCCDA media is the optimal isolation method,that there are four samples contaminated by the same C. coli isolate and two samples contaminated respectively by 2 species of C. jejuni and 3 species of C. coli,and that,though DGGE genotyping is not as sensitive as PFGE genotyping,it is more suitable for the rapid genotyping of Campylobacter in food borne because it is of high speed,low cost as well as stable and accurate operation.
