    To make the harmonic elimination PWM-control inverter be of a good sine wave output‚by taking the convert -er characteristic of none low-harmonic into consideration‚the two-stage low-pass L-C filtration network was used to the inverter circuit.The theoretical analyses and calculated results indicate that the low-pass filter will increase the capacity demand of the inverter circuit‚and the parameter variation of the filter will strongly affect the output current and output voltage of the inverter.Furthermore‚the design and parameter calculation method of the filter were proposed.It is re-vealed that‚when the output current stress decreases and the utilization coefficient increases as efficiently as possible‚the correct selection of filter parameters can optimize the output performance of the inverter.

    Based on the analysis of the trouble with the domestic development process of the designed software for plastic injection molds‚the methods of injection mold design for assembly were studied.The assembly model based on the Gen-eral Circle Graph Tree was used to develop a standard injection mold base by combining the graph library with the database.Tools for building the base were also provided.By using the feature-based design method and defining the part -ing surface‚parts can be directly formed from plastic products.Moreover‚mold movement simulation was implemented by analyzing the characteristics of mold opening‚stripping and closing‚thus ensuring the reasonability of mold design.Fur-thermore‚a prototype system of injection mold CAD was developed by using the InteSolid as the developing platform‚and a design example was finally given.

    By analyzing the dynamic characteristics of welding arcs and the characteristics of IGBT‚an electronic analog load of welding arcs was designed and a new experimental method for the dynamic characteristic test of arc welding power source was proposed.In this method‚the dynamic characteristic variation of the welding arc in actual welding process is simulated by using IGBT as the rheostat and is evaluated by the dynamic electronic parameters of arc welding power sources.Technique research on the designed electronic analog load was then carried out.Experimental results indicate that IGBT can be used as the electronic analog load to simulate the dynamic current and voltage variation of welding arcs.

    Nonlinear PID control methodwas introduced into DC-DC converters, thusmaking the converters be of strong robustness, adaptability and stability , andovercoming the sensibility to the parameter variation of controlled systemswhen the conventional PID control method is used .In this paper , with the Buck-Boost converter as an example , the simulation model with nonlinear PID control was proposed.The effects of the variations of the input voltage , the load resistance and the inner parameters on the output voltage were respectively simulated and analyzed.The simulation results show that the application of nonlinear PID control to the Buck-Boost converter can make the converter more adaptable to the outer and inner parameter variations.Moreover , this control method can also be applied to other types of DC-DC converters.

    The advantages and disadvantages of Smith predictors were discussed‚by means of which a modified Smith predictor was proposed.The closed-loop feedback control scheme was applied to the modified predictor‚thus making the predictor be of a simple structure and be capable of tracing the process disturbance.Processes with integral action were then simulated.The results indicate that the modified predictor is of the similar performance as conventional Smith pre-dictors when the models match well‚and is of a better stability than the conventional ones when the dismatching models were corrected.

    A simple and effective texture classification of invariant scale and rotation was proposed.In this classifica-tion‚firstly‚the texture images to be classified are translated into Log-polar images via Log-polar transformation.Then‚the feature vectors of texture images are constituted with the normalized row project datum vector of the translated images. Finally‚the support vector machines are used to the texture classification of invariant scale and rotation.Experimental results show that the proposed method is of an accuracy of more than90% when it is used to the texture classification of invariant scale and rotation.

    By establishing the three-dimension rotated human head model proximate to practical operations‚the electromagnetic radiation dosage emitted from vertical and rotational handset antennas into a human body was simulated through the finite-differencetime-domain (FDTD) method.The effects of a human body on antenna’s radiation characteristics including the pattern and the radiation efficiency‚were also investigated.Moreover‚the difference between the vertical and the tilted operations was analyzed.Calculated results indicate that the radiation dosage radiated to a human body in tilted operation is less than that in vertical operation in certain degree‚without remarkable influence on the communication quality.

    By using the fitting method and the DESTIN testing system‚the relationship between the temperature and the resistance of the metal interconnector in integrated circuit (IC) was studied‚and the Joule-heated effect of the metal in-terconnectors with various materials‚sizes and structures were then investigated.It is revealed that in the accelerating test conditions with high current density and high temperature‚the Joule-heated effect must be taken into consideration‚for the metal temperature auto-increases rather rapidly.By the proposed method‚the error caused by the replacement of real temperature in specimen surface by the circumstance temperature can be settled‚thus obtaining the reliability analysis re-sult with more accuracy.

    PZT nano-power and PZT/P(VDF-TrFE)0-3composite have been prepared by so- l gel and hot -press methed respectively.Dielectric measurements of PZT/P(VDF-TrFE)0-3composite in frequency domain and time domain were carried out.Experimental results shown that the dielectric constant of composite increase with the volume fraction of PZT and appear a maxmum near the70%.Qualitative analyses of the results obtained in frequency domain were also present - ed.The results obtained in time domain indicate that there are three kinds of dielectric relaxation in PZT/P(VDF-TrFE)0-3composite.

     pcDNA3-gD‚the constructed Genital Herpes gD DNA vaccine (gD2DNA vaccine)‚was transfected into mammalian cell COS-7‚and the expression of gD gene was investigated.BALB/c mice were then immunized by pcDNA3-gD.The proliferation of spleen cell‚the activity of cytotoxic T cell (CTL) and CD4+ and CD8 +populations were respectively analyzed.The results show that pcDNA3-gD plasmid can express the gene of gD in cell COS-7‚that the spleen cell of mice immunized by pcDNA3-gD plasmid is of an increased proliferation activity‚that the activity of CTL in the experiment group (immunized by pcDNA3-gD plasmid) is37.69%which is obviously higher than that of the control group (immunized by pcDNA3plasmid) and the naive group (immunized by normal saline)‚and that the percentage of CD4+cells in the experiment group increases to33.38% which is greater than that of the control group and the naive group.

    Investigated in this paper are the growth and biochemical components‚such as soluble protein‚soluble sugar‚chlorophyll and fatty acid composition of Chlorella vulgaris‚under autotrophic‚heterotrophic and mixotrophic cultivations.The results show that the biomass of Chlorellavulgaris under heterotrophic and mixotrophic cultivations is much higher than that under autotrophic cultivation‚that the specific growth rates are respectively2.13and3times that under autotrophic growth‚and that the growth of cells under mixotrophic cultivation is affected by illuminence‚ but the effect is not significant at the illuminances of2.5and4.0klx‚especially in the stationary phase.Compared with autotrophic growth‚the content of fat under heterotrophic cultivation obviously increases‚while the contents of
    soluble protein and saccharide decrease‚ especially chlorophyll. Heterotrophic cultivation is helpful to the accumulation of linolenic acid.The adoption of light makes soluble proteins‚saccharides and chlorophyll increase under mixotrophic growth‚and the illuminence also has effect on the biochemical component of Chlorella vulgaris.

    To establish a quick, sensitive and economical PCRmethod for directly detecting tlh and adh genes-carrying Vibrio parahaemolyticus in environment and seafood, a colony PCR method was developed and its resultswere compared with those of the conventional PCRmethod, thus establishing a colony PCRmethod.By using the Vibrioparahaemolytic-us strains as positive controls, several marine bacteria strains preserved in the lab were amplified through the colony PCR method and the conventional PCR method , by which the reliability of colony PCR method for the corresponding gene de-tection was proved.The comparison shows that the results obtained by colony PCR method are in great agreement with those obtained by the conventional PCRmethod, and that the tlh and tdh genes in positive controls can be amplified by these two PCR methods.

    Three transition metal catalysts‚CuO/ γ -Al 2 O 3 ‚CdO/ γ -Al 2 O 3 and NiO/ γ -Al 2 O 3 ‚were prepared by depositing transition metal nitrate solutions on γ -Al 2 O 3 via impregnation.The catalytic activities of these three catalysts were compared by the catalytic combustion experiments of ethanol‚acetone and toluene.Experimental results show that both the light -off temperature and the total conversion temperature of the catalytic combustion of these three volatile organic compounds (VOCs) are much lower than the corresponding burning points‚that CuO/ γ -Al 2 O 3 is of an more excellent catalytic activity than CdO/ γ -Al 2 O 3 and NiO/ γ -Al 2 O 3 ‚that the light -off temperatures of the catalytic combustion of acetone‚ethanol and toluene catalyzed by CuO/ γ -Al 2 O 3 are respectively180‚190and230℃‚and that the stronger the polarity of VOCs is‚the easier the corresponding oxidation is.

    A new method to accurately and quantitatively study the chemical durability of glass was put forward.Induc-tion Couple Plasma (ICP) was adopted to the quantitative analysis of the relationship between the TeO 2 -ZnO glass system component and its corrosion period.The mechanism of the corrosion of TeO 2 -ZnO glass system in water was then discussed in the light of the structure theory and valence-bond theory of tellurite glass system.The result expresses that the process of erosion is that of continuity dissolution and the chemical durability is better when the mole ratio of the TeO 2 to ZnO is 3in the glass system.

     A new kind of adsorptive heat -storage compound material with excellent adsorptive performance was prepared by embedding CaCl 2 into meso-pore zeolite and using water as the circular liquid.The preparation of this material was in-troduced and the mechanism of adsorption and heat storage via reversible adsorption/desorption process was analyzed.Ex-perimental research on the adsorption/desorption performance of the novel material and the heat -storage performance of the adsorption system was carried out.The experimental results show that the maximum equilibrium adsorption is up to0.55g per gram of dry sorbent‚which is2.529times that of zeolite13X and2.688times that of silica gel‚and also show that the maximum adsorptive heat -storage density can reach1.4087×106 J/kg.

    This paper deals with the absorption process with mass transfer of ozone in bubble columns‚which is accom-panied by the self -decomposition of dissolved ozone and the two-stage ozonation reaction between ozone and the organic materials in water‚and with the method to solve the mass transfer parameters‚such as the liquid-phase volumetric mass transfer coefficient.Absorption experiments were carried out at298K‚by injecting ozone into a bubble column which con-tains p-nitroaniline.The mass balance equations of the ozone absorption process were then expressed by using the com-plete mixing model.Furthermore‚the mass balance equations and enhancement factor equations of the absorption process were solved by utilizing the Matlab ODE program‚and the concentration variations of ozone and p-nitroaniline in the ab-sorption process were simulated‚which were then compared with the experiment results.It is conclude that‚in short bubble column‚by means of the complete mixing model it is feasible to describe the flow states of gas phase and liquid phase‚and that the simulation results are consistent with the experimental results before the degradation of80% of p-nitroaniline.

    Four strains capable of degrading polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) were separated from natural specimens‚and two mutants‚S7(Str r ‚Kan s ) and K15(Str s ‚Kan r )‚which are of single drug resistance‚were obtained via UV-irradia-tion.The effects of various factors on the preparation and the regeneration rates of the protoplast were systematically ana-lyzed.By the protoplast fusion of S7and K15as parent strains and via orthorhombic tests‚the conditions of protoplast fu-sion were then optimized‚in which the fusion rate was up to4.603×10-5 .It is found that the fusion strain F4can clean 87% of PVA when it is cultured into activated sludge‚which is3~4times that of ordinary activated sludge.
