A large quantity of matrix multiplier calculations must be executed in the iterative calculation of the inverter harmonic elimination PWM model. In order to fasten the calculation speed a matrix multiplier which is based on2-D square systolic array architecture is introduced in this paper in light of the parallel algorithm of matrix computation. The implementation of this matrix multiplier used by FPGA is analyzed and a comparison is made in terms of the computation speed and occupied hardware resources between the single processing element matrix multiplier and the2-D square systolic array architecture matrix multiplier. The research results show that the matrix multiplier based on2-D square systolic array architecture possesses advantages of parallel processing and flow computation. It can unify the load shorten the delay and increase the level of integration. It has proved to be a good algorithm of matrix multiplier computation with regard to the inverter harmonic elimination model calculation.

A preprocess(post-process) method of video encoding(decoding) to decrease the transmission bitrate is proposed in this paper.By true motion estimationthose frames with motion vector less than a threshold will be removed from the video sequence and should not be transmittedbut the frame number must be transmitted. After being decoded. The removed frames can be reconstructed by the corresponding reference-frames according to the frame number. In order to improve the visual effect some intermediary frames may be inserted into the image sequence according to the motion vector. The intermediate frames may be produced by interpolation algorithm.

Several automatic video scene segmentation technologies are discussed in this paper. An edited video consisting of two kinds of scene boundaries known as straight unts and optical cuts in created.Experimental results using a variety of videos demonstrate that both the moving window detection algorithm and the10-step difference histogram comparison algorithm are effective for the detection of both kinds of scene cuts.

A low energy argon ion beam has been applied to bombard the backsurface of silicon wafers after the ultrahigh frequency low power transistors are fabricated and the noise coefficient of low frequency and high frequency can be decreased effectively the characteristics frequency and current gain of direction current can be increased. The experimental results show that the decreasing of low frequency noise coefficient are relevant to the decreasing of interface state density at SiO2-Si system and the reduction of high frequency is owing to the increasing of the characteristics frequency and current gain of direction current.

A frequency-based matrix diversity strategy is applied in the traditional Genetic Algorithm. The frequencybased matrix recorded the appearance frequency of the special solution from the initial solution to the local optimized solution. So it can supply some useful information to help GA jump out of the local optimized solution. We apply this strategy to the GA for quadratic assignment problem and get satisfied results.

The human ant-i HBsAg ScFv and interferon gamma were connected with the linker to construct the ScFvIFNγgene by using overlap PCR techniques. The sequence of the ScFv-IFNγgene in the vector proved to be the same as the designed gene by sequencing. The ScFv-IFNγgene was successfully converted into the Pichia pastoris expression vector pPICZαA and transformed into Pichia pastoris X33.Screened strains were cultivated with methanol.Protein in the 42000of SDS-PAGE and WESTERN BLOT was obviously seen on the cultivated supernatant. The research has laid the foundation for further purifying interested protein as well as for raising the secretory expression level of interested protein.

The probable molecular structures of PSO3E which came from petroleum sulfoxide were deduced by analyzing IR and GC-MS spectra of PSO3E.According to the IR and GC-MS spectra of PSO3E PSO3E was cyclic sulfoxides. In the light of the interpretation of mass spectra of cyclic sulfoxides and the character of the strongest peak of PSO3E mass spectra PSO3E were a series five-membered cyclic sulfoxides.A series of PSO3E’s ion peaks were found to be C + n H2n-1 CnH2n S +OH and CnH + 2n-1S through the interpretating the spectra of PSO3E.The position of substituted radical R was decided according to the peak of ion peaks of CnH2nS +OH .Thus when the value of peak which m/e equals91is larger than that which m/e is77 it was substituted by α-position on the contrary it was substituted by β-position.The analytic results show that PSO3E is a group of isomeric sulfoxides and they are single alkyl sustituted cyclic sulfoxides.

A numerical investigation of a2-D flow passage with two rib heights is presented in this study. The calculated results indicate that the angles between temperature gradient and velocity in the heat transfer sub-layer influence heat transfer of the whole turbulent region. The mechanism of heat transfer augmentation on the passage is analyzedand a new way to vary the layer is presented to control two fields synergy. Thus the Field-Synergy Theory is extended within the fully-developed turbulent flowing field.

By applying the double Fourier series as the displacement mode and the Galerkin procedure the exact solution of the non-linear post-buckling of transversely isotropic piezoelectric rectangular thin plates under simply supported boundary conditions and unilateral pressure is obtained.Numerical results show that the effect of geo-metry parameters on the post-buckling path are similar to those of homogenous material thin platesthe post-buckling loads is proportional to the piezoelectric-dielectric parameter and the material resonance phenomena is observed as well. The effects of parameters of the material and geometry on the characteristics of the post-buckling path are also presented.

A new formulation is provided for the fundamental problem of elastic half-plane with arbitrary cracks.By using proper decomposition of the functions and eliminationthe problem is reduced to Riemann-Hilbert’s boundary value problem on cracks. The stress functions of elastic body are obtained in closed form of integral expression and the stress intensity factors on the tip of cracks are also derived.

The spline fictitious boundary element method (SFBEM) is a modified method to the conventional indirect
singular boundary element method.SFBEM not only retains the advantages of boundary element methodbut also avoids
solving singular integral equations.Improvements in the choice of trial functions and weight functions have also been
made in SFBEM.High accuracy and efficiency have been observed in the method. This paper presents the investigation
of numerical stability and error estimate of SFBEM in elastic plane problems.Several conclusions regarding the above is-
sues are obtained in this paperwhich lays a solid foundation for its practical application.

The results of a shear resistant test of13specimens are presented in this paper. The specimens were designed to simulate the stee-l concrete shear transfer interface of the concrete filled steel tubular(CFST) column-RC beam joint on which some shear bars were stuck to improve the shear resistant capacity. The parameters of concrete strength shear span ratio bar position dowel action etc.were taken into account in the research. The test results show that the shear bar may serve as an effective means for shear transfer. The experimental research also serves as a good reference to the design of the CFST column-RC beam joint.

After hydrolysis with mixed protease the hydrolysates of scallop skirt was purified by hollow fiber ultrafiltration(UF).The processing parameters for the manufacture of liquid-HAP in good quality were investigated. Results show that the content of polypeptides peptides and free amino acids in the liquid-HAP is largely increased by using flavorzyme after4h pre-hydrolysis with A.S.1.398neutral subtilisin. And that permeation flux was affected by operating pressure temperature pH value of hydrolysates and the ratio of volume to concentration (RVC). Optimal operative condition which might prolong working time of the device with high permeation flux minimize pollution of membranes and raise separating efficiency is pH7.0~7.5at 43℃ under0.10MPa and the membranes rinsed repeatedly for2minutes after every operating for10minutes.These results suggest that sense index of fractionated hydrolysates is superior to that of the original hydrolysates.
