    A mathematical model of the effect of velocity distribution asymmetry in heat exchanger channels on the heat transfer performance was formulated.The deviation of heat transfer duty in heat exchangers caused by the asymmetry was investigated when the fluid flowed inside the tubes or across the tube bundles.Research results indicate that the effect of velocity distribution asymmetry in exchanger channels on the heat transfer performance is not great.The deviation of heat transfer duty inside the tubes and across the tube bundles are both less than1% when the velocity difference reaches100% at uniform wall temperature and without heat transfer among channels.

    A reactive terminated polyethylene_glycol was synthesized and studied by 1 H_NMR.The curing behaviors and kinetics of olyethylene_glycol_modified unsaturated polyester for Bulk Moulding Compound were investigated by using the techniques of IR and DSC.The curing kinetics parameters of the modified system were obtained by Kissinger equation and Crane equation .Research results indicate that polyethylene glycol containing reactive terminated maleic anhydride can participate in the curing reaction of unsaturated polyester , which makes the curing temperature decrease and accelerates the curing reaction process.

    The effects of pH value on resin deposition with the presence of Ca 2+ were studied by using the device of “Rotating-mixer” and the method of GC-MS analysis.It is found that the decrease of pH value results in resin deposition and pH7∙0is the turning point.The deposits were analyzed by GC-MS after being separated into combined resins and free resins.Experimental results show that calcium soaps and free resins contribute together to deposits formation.The combined resins would change into free resins at low pH and high temperature.Acidic components play an important role in soaps formation and the soaps of fatty acids are more stable at low pH value.

    The basic principle of the two-membrane theory as the mass transfer theory in absorption process was briefly stated.The principle was then used to investigate the absorption characteristics of SO 2 and NO x in the process of simultaneous desulfurization and denitrification from flue gas using urea/additive solution.The experimental results show that‚in urea/additive solution‚the absorption process of SO 2 in flue gas going with quick irreversible chemical reactions is controlled by the gas membrane‚while that of NO x going with slow irreversible chemical reactions is controlled by both the gas membrane and the liquid membrane.

    The homogeneous solution of poor soluble aza-bridged bis-phenanthroline macrocycle H2HAPP was obtained via the deprotonation of its trifluoroacetate in a mixed solvent‚and the high resolved UV-Vis spectra of H2HAPP were recorded in solution.Protonation reaction of H2HAPP in CH2Cl2/CH3OH solvent (the volume ratio of CH2Clto CH3OH is 1∶1) was studied via pH titration.The results indicate that the two outer nitrogen atoms of H 2 HAPP are protonized independently with different pH values.Spectroscopic titration result shows that the coordination reaction between this macrocyclic ligand and metal ions(Co2+‚Cu2+ and Zn2+)goes smoothly in such a homogeneous system.

    Taking into consideration of the different situations in which the desktop conference system was applied‚several solutions to the synthesis of stereo signals from mono acoustic signals were theoretically analyzed and compared‚with emphasis on the processing method of the simplified head related transfer function.In this method‚mono acoustic signals were processed and extended to stereo signals.The limitation and the aspects to be improved of the proposed method were also indicated.Moreover‚ by discussing the self-adaptive acoustic echo cancellation and its causes‚several existing echo cancellation structures were analyzed and compared.It is indicated that the structure with a single filter per spatial region is a promising direction of research in echo cancellation‚in which synthesizing stereo signal and setting filter are perfectly combined.

    Two harmonic elimination control model of single-phase inverter‚ie.‚the unipolar pulse control model and the bipolar pulse control model‚were introduced.Aiming at the disadvantage of long solving time cost of traditional models‚a fast homopoty algorithm for solving the model was presented by combining the valid step control with the homopoty method.This method has a primary featrue of auto adjusting search step.The algorithm convergence domains was expended.The number of iteration step needed is less40%~50% than Newton’s‚and is less15%~20% than genernal homopoty algrithm’s.

    The basic process of traffic video detection was introduced and the characteristics of transportation video image were analyzed.By studying the traffic video image processing ability of three morphological filters‚namely‚the median filter‚the ordinary morphological filter and the order filter‚ it is found that the utilization of the order filter depends on the noise and the distribution parameter P of two-value images.A basic method of selecting P and the filter window width of traffic video images was also proposed.Experimental results show that‚by selecting suitable P value‚the order filter can predigest the calculation and can make the image processing speed faster.The filter can ultimately meet the rea- l time need of traffic data collection under various weather conditions.

     The three-level DC-DC converter is known to have too many power switches and complex operation modes‚and it is difficult to obtain a unified model by using conventional modeling approaches.In view of such disadvantages‚a novel unified modeling approach‚the pulse waveform integral approach‚ was used for the first time to analyze the converter.With the unified modeling of Buck three-level DCDC converter as an example‚the modeling principle was investigated in detail.Also the unified modelng of other three-level DC-DC converters can be deduced.The simulation analysis and experiment results indicate that the pulse waveform integral approach to the unified modeling of three-level DC-DC converters is both effective and efficient.

    By studying the characteristics of the surface roughness differentiated by the eye and the digital image technique‚a method of evaluating and measuring pavement surface texture depth utilizing digital image technique was presented.With this method‚the pavement surface roughness can be recorded by an ordinary digital camera‚and the pavement texture depth can be obtained by the pixel analysis of recorded images.Compared with the conventional methods‚the method proposed here is simple and easy to apply.It is a promising method for evaluating and measuring the pavement surface performance with higher precision and lower cost.

     Signals are prone to be lost in big cities when using traditional GPS.To solve this problem‚a concept which combines GPS and mobile-communication-network-based MPS was adopted‚and the BP neural network was used‚thus constructing a vehicle positioning fusion model of GPS and MPS positioning information.By utilizing the momentum method as well as the self-adaptive adjusting strategy of learning rate‚the slow convergence speed of BP algorithm and the local minimal point were solved.
    Training results with126items of research data on the network indicate that the model is consistent with GPS both in direction and in trend and is independent upon the traditional GPS model.So the model can efficiently be applied in maintaining the positioning continuity and precision with lower cost.
