Abstract: Based on the basic conception and the main characteristics of Agent technology‚the definition of Agent technology was presented in terms of application．According to this definition‚supplying ser-vice was regarded as the most essential characteristic of Agent．The paper also presented an evaluation index system for the provider and a calculation method of provider evaluation‚which were transferred into a provider evaluation repository according to the structure of Agent．The structure of the provider administration system was then constructed on the basis of the model characteristics and the working principle of Agent．Furthermore‚the working principle of the system was analyzed．The auto-organiza-tion accomplishment process of the system corresponding to the change of external conditions was analyzed and discussed．Finally‚the modularization design of the system was achieved‚and its validity was proved by a practical example．
