Preparation and Performances of Novel Sulfonate Polyurethane Surfactants

摘要:  以甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)、聚醚二醇(PEG1000,PEG2000,PEG6000,PE6200)以及自制的新型磺酸盐二胺扩链剂为原料,采用丙酮法经预聚和扩链合成了4种新型水溶性磺酸盐聚氨酯高分子表面活性剂(PUS),采用FT-IR对产物的结构进行了分析,并对产物的表面张力、临界胶束浓度(CMC)、乳化性能、发泡性能进行了研究.结果表明:以聚乙二醇为底物所得到的表面活性剂的临界胶束浓度约为20 g/L,在此浓度下水溶液表面张力为41.6mN/m;以嵌段聚醚为底物所得到的表面活性剂的临界胶束浓度则小于1g/L,在此浓度下水溶液的表面张力为32mN/m.另外,该类表面活性剂都具有一定的触变性和乳化力,以及较低的发泡性和泡沫稳定性.

Abstract:

Four kinds of waterborne macromolecular sulfonate polyurethane surfactants(PUS) were synthesized via the acetone method with prepolymerization and chain extension,with toluene diiosocynate(TDI),polyether glycol(PEG1000,PEG2000,PEG6000,PE6200) and self-prepared sulfonate diamine chain extender as raw materials.Then,the structures of the products were characterized by means of FT-IR,and the surface tension,critical micelle concentration(CMC),emulsifying property and foaming property were investigated.The results show that the product with PEG as the substrate is of a CMC of about 20g/L,and the corresponding surface tension reaches 41.6mN/m,while that with PE6200 as the substrate is of a CMC of less than 1g/L and a surface tension of 32mN/m.
