木素磺酸盐的亚临界状态水热转化

摘要: 以木素磺酸钙为原料,采用间歇式高温高压反应釜进行水热反应实验,结合GC- MS技术研究了反应温度及反应时间对水热转化产物的影响.结果表明: 木素磺酸钙水热转化产物主要为酚、酮、醛等小分子物质; 随反应温度的升高或反应时间的延长,分子结构比较稳定的H-0、G-0、G-1 型酚类物相对含量有所增加,而分子结构较复杂且相对分子质量相对较大的G-3、G-4、G-5 型酚类物含量逐渐减少,S-1 型酚类甚至在较长时间后不再生成;木素大分子结构中存在大量 β- O-4 与 α- O-4 联接,在高温和反应时间延长的条件下,醚键结构失稳而断开,主要形成H-0 型、G-0 型、S-0 型结构单元; 在 275 ℃以上水的亚临界状态及不同反应时间下,水热转化产物中愈创木酚含量明显比其他酚类化合物高,因此适当控制反应温度与时间有利于工业上提取有用酚类化合物.

Abstract:

In the investigation,with calcium lignosulfonate as the raw material,hydrothermal experiments were per-formed in a batch reactor,and the effects of the reaction temperature and time on the hydrothermal conversion pro-ducts were discussed by means of GC/MS.The results show that (1) the products are mainly of small molecules,such as phenols,ketones and aldehydes; (2) with the rise of the reaction temperature or with the extension of the reaction time,the contents of H-0,G-0 and G-1- type phenolic compounds of the stable chemical structures in-crease,while the contents of G-3,G-4,G-5- type phenolic compounds of the complicated chemical structures and high relative molecular mass gradually decrease,and no S-1 type phenolic compounds are generated after a long enough time; (3) due to the rise of the reaction temperature and the extension of the reaction time,β- O-4 and α-O-4 linkages largely in lignin become unstable and turn to be broken,thus forming H-0 type,G-0 type,S-0- type units; and (4) under the subcritical water condition above 275℃ and at different reaction time,the guaiacol con-tents in the products are significantly higher than the contents of other phenolic compounds,which indicates that an appropriate control over the reaction temperature and time helps to extract useful phenolic compounds in industry.
