Efectiveness of Chaotic Modulation to the EM I Suppresion of Off-Line Switching Converters

摘要: 将蔡氏电路加入脉宽调制电路,实现了混沌频率调制,使开关频率随混沌信号随机变化.文中探讨了混沌频率调制技术在开关变换器中抑制电磁干扰的效果,分析了混沌频率调制抑制EMI噪声的原理,并建立了元件级电路仿真模型.仿真结果表明该技术能有效降低开关谐波峰值,而且对输出电压影响不大,具有应用前景.

Abstract:

CFMS(Chaotic Frequency Modulation Scheme)was realized by incorporating a Chua’S circuit into the pulsewidth modulator,which makes the switching frequency randomly vary with the chaotic signal.Th e efectiveness of CFMS to the EMI(Electromagnetic Interference)suppression of switching converters was then investigated.Moreover,the principle of the suppression of EMI noise by CFMS was analyzed and a simulation mod el for component-level circuits Was constructed.Simulated results show that,by means of CFMS,the peak value of the switching harmonics efectively decreases and the output voltage is slighfly influenced,indicating that CFMS is applicable to switching converters.
