摘要: 以广州市的交通管理为背景,针对广州市交通委员会与交警支队各自独立建设的交通信息平台所产生的问题,提出对城市交通管理部门间的信息平台进行互联和信息资源整合.研究了两平台分布协作的信息组织模式以及实现信息采集、处理、发布和共享的具体信息流程,设计了具体的网络方案;同时采用物理隔离等技术解决网络安全问题,使得整个系统高效、安全,易于实现和扩展.文中还提出了在互联的基础上建立交通信息系统以及利用XML技术进行数据格式转换的思路.

Abstract:

Aiming at the trafic management in Guangzhou,the problems existing in the information platforms respectirelv established by the Trafic Manag ement Committee and the Trafic Police Bureau of Guan gzhou are discussed.The thoughts of interconnecting the inform ation platforms of diferent trafic man agement departments and integrating diferent inform ation sources are also proposed.On this basis,all inform ation cooperating model of two distributed platforms and particular information organizing processes(including the collection,treatment,release aJ1d share of information)are presented,with a network scheme being put forward.Moreover,the phy‘ sical isolation technology is adopted to make the system eficient,secure and easy to realize an d expand. A thought of building an ATIS(Advance Traffic Information System)on the basis of interconnection and using XML technology to transform data form s is finally proposed.
