Preparation of Antibody Cross-linked Liposome

Abstract

Abstract: The dye-encapsulating liposome which is prepared by ultrasonic wave can be used in immunodiagnostic application after cross-linked with ant-i HbsAg antibodies．The results show that the dye-encapsulating liposomes prepared by ultrasonic wave method are circular and stable．The ratio of encapsulated-dye is0．61％．And the activity of the ant-i HbsAg antibody cross-linked liposomes in which glutaraldehyde was as crosslinker has been detected by ELISA methlod．
