Abstract: A warehouse remote monitoring system is briefly introduced based on field bus‚and the design me-thod of the hardware ＆software for the system is also described．The system makes the scientifical warehouse operation and management possible by means of thermo-hygrogram‚guard-against-theft-and-alarm system‚closed-circuit television and central monitoring．The reliability and stability of the system is ensured by its particular design of the dual host computer and power supply‚and the intelligentized digital modules．It is very convenient to installation‚maintenance and operation as a result of a good structure design of digital measuring instrument‚modularization and touch liquid crystal display-operation interface．The practical running results show that the system is reliable and stable‚and can meet the requirements concerning the warehouse environment monitor and control system‚the guard-against-theft-andalarm system and the lightning-proof system．
