摘要: 利用热重一红外联用仪和石英管热解实验装置研究了废旧电路板热解回收过程中HBr的生成与脱除特性.结果表明:HBr主要在电路板快速失重阶段(300~360 ℃)析出,与溴化环氧树脂和环氧树脂的主链降解同时发生.添加CaCO3 能有效地脱除热解过程产生的HBr,同时不影响电路板的降解行为;通过添加适当比例、粒径的CaCO3 以及控制加热速率、热解温度等热解条件可以较好地消除HBr的危害.

Abstract:

The characteristics of HBr form ing and scavenging during the pyrolysis of waste printed circuit boards were investigated using the TG-FTrIR and a qua~z-pipe pyrolysis system.The results indicate that(1)HBr is main. ly released at the fast weight-losing stage(300 to 360℃)of printed circuit boards,accompanying with the main chain scissions of epoxy and brominated epoxy backbones;(2)HBr can be eficiently scavenged by adding calcium
carbonate,which has no negative effect on the degradation behavior of printed circuit boards;and(3)the harm of HBr can be completely eliminated by selecting the amount and diameter of the added ca1cium carb0nate as well as by controlling the heating rate and the pyrolysis temperatur
