摘要: 为解决粉末温压设备的加热问题,本文通过理论分析和计算采用电加热方式,根据实际需要设计并选择合理可行的模具加热装置.利用有限元前后置处理软件MSC.Pat-ran及分析软件MSC.Marc对温压模具进行热场分析,模拟了模具的温度场状况.通过实验验证了所提出的设计方案及采用有限元分析的可行性.

Abstract:
In order to solve the heating method of the powder warm compact,this paper presents a heating mode with an electrical heater element by theoretical analysis and calculation ,and designs a mold heating equipment.Fi-nite element method preprocess/postprocess software MSC.Patran and FEM analysis software MSC.Marc.ar e used to analyze the thermal field and simulate the temperature field of the mold.The experimental resuhs meet t0 the fi-nite element,the results show that the electrical heating system is fitted to powder press and finite element methodcan be used to simulate the temperature field.
