含铜催化剂对柴油机排气颗粒物的氧化

摘要: 自制含铜催化剂 Cu-K-V[-Me(Me=Pt‚MnO2‚NiO 或 SnO2)]/TiO2/γ-Al2O3/堇 青石‚将其与小型柴油发动机排气中的颗粒物混合后‚利用 DSC 和 TG 等测试技术‚研究 各种催化剂的活性.DSC 测试结果表明‚添加了 Sn 的催化剂可使可溶性有机组分 SOF 的 起燃温度降为432.62K‚无催化剂活性组分时对应的温度则为523.27K;含 Ni 催化剂使 石墨化固体组分 GSF 的燃烧温度降为687.97K‚而颗粒物完全燃烧的温度仅为766.88K. TG 测试结果显示‚含 Ni 催化剂在700.65K 下对颗粒物的净化效率为90.83%‚含Pt 催化 剂在710.05K 下对应的净化效率为91.6%‚含 Sn 催化剂在725.65K 下的净化效率也达 81.7%.在发动机实际排气净化实验中‚含 Sn 催化剂对颗粒物的削减率最高可达38%‚略 高于商业催化剂的净化效率(20%~35%)。

Abstract: Catalysts Cu-K-V-[-Me(Me=Pt‚MnO2‚NiO‚or SnO2)]/TiO2/γ-Al2O3/cordierite were prepared and then mixed with the particulate matters (PMs) from a min-i type diesel engine.Thus‚the activities of the catalysts were tested by DSC and TG analyses.It is indicated by DSC analysis that the ignition temperature of soluble organic fraction (SOF) can be reduced to432.62K when Cu-K-V-SnO2is used‚which is much lower than the corresponding 523.27K when no catalyst is used.Cu-K-V-NiO can help reduce the temperature to687.97K for the combustion of graphitic solid fraction (GSF).Furthermore‚the temperature for the complete combustion of PMs reaches only766.88 K with the presence of Cu-K-V-NiO.It is also indicated by TG analysis that the presence of Cu-K-V-NiO leads to an abatement efficiency of90.83% at700.65K‚accompanied by91.6% at710.05K for Cu-K-V-Pt‚and81.7% at 725.65K for Cu-K-V-SnO2‚respectively.The maximum reduction of soot reaches38% when Cu-K-V-SnOis used in real exhaust‚which is little higher than the value of25%~35% for commercial products.
