Authors could log in our Online Submission or Manuscript Tracking system to upload the revised manuscripts for the next procedure.
1. If the author’s manuscript needs revision, an E-mail will be sent to inform the author.
2. Check on the reviewer’s and the editor's comments and supply a reasonable reply to each comment.
3. Upload the revised version after the revision.
Revision Types
Your manuscript needs to be revised under the following circumstances:
1. Revision after initial evaluation
Initial evaluation is an essential procedure to make sure that your manuscript fits our scope and standard. Editors would request revisions before the manuscript is sent to the reviewers if necessary.
2. Revision after peer review
This type of revision should be done based on the reviewers’ comments and the editors’ collective opinion. A Revision Description should also be prepared to answer each comment from the reviewers and the editor.
3. Revision during editing
Editing is an important procedure to turn your manuscript into publishable pages according to the required format. Accepted manuscripts will be edited first by native speakers and then by JSCUT editors according to JSCUT style to ensure accuracy, clarity, and proper length. In this session, the editor may contact with the author directly via E-mail with regard to the editing details (such as English editing, Graphic editing, Proofing, etc.). The author will also be notified if the article needs to be shortened. Authors are solely responsible for all statements made in their work, including changes made by the editor and authorized by the corresponding author.
Contact Us via E-mail
The revision request is usually posted to the author via E-mail. In this E-mail, the following information will be supplied:
1) Editor’s and reviewers’ comments for detailed revision;
2) Deadline for the revised version to be returned;

4) Other relevant instructions.
Usually this E-mail contains adequate information for the author(s) to finish the revision, but on some occasions reviewers may submit documents to elucidate their comments or support their opinions. This will require the author to login our online system and download the relevant documents.
