Abstract: The evolution and Berry phase of the particles with the spin of1/2in a magnetic field can be found direct -ly by Schrödinger equation‚but mathematical difficulties will come forth as to high-spin particles.According to the characteristic that there are energy level spaces among spin particles‚the method of trial wavefunction was adopted to solve the Schrödinger equation describing the evolution of spin particles in a rotating magnetic field with a adiabatic ap-proximation‚thus obtaining the wavefunction of system evolution and the Berry phase of the system after an evolution period. The proposed method is characterized by avoiding high-order differential equations and simplifying the calculation when it is applied to high-spin particles.
