Dynamic Characteristics Analysis and Experiments of Dual-Chamber Cylinder Considering Pneumatic Pipeline

Abstract:

Based on the analyses of the dynamic characteristics and the pneumatic circuit of dual-chamber cylinders,a model describing the dynamic characteristics,which takes into consideration the pipeline between the solenoid valve and the cylinder,is established. Then,a simulation is carried out with Matlab based on the proposed model,and an experimental system for the dynamic characteristic test of the cylinder is designed. Simulated and experimental results indicate that the proposed model theoretically describes the dynamic characteristics of dualchamber cylinders with high accuracy.
