Vibration Prediction of Power Transmission Device Based on Elastic Vibration of Crankshaft

Abstract:

In this paper , the dynamic stiffness matrix method is used to predict the vibration of the crankshaft sys-tem and to calculate the input exciting force from the crankshaft to the slide rod. Then , a finite element model of the whole power transmission device system is established. The proposed model is finally adopted to forecast and calculate the vibration. The calcu1ated results accord well with the experimental results , verifying that the proposed method is correct and practicable
