Abstract:

A method to synthetically control the motor working together with the automatic mechanical transmission (AMT) is put forward based on the fast rotating-speed adjustment response of the speed loop in the motor control-ler.In this method , the shifting process is adjusted by the motor speed and the shifting time of joggled gears is shortened. The GZ6110HEV hybrid electric bus is then used as a control target to build a dynamic model of the
driving line. Simulated and experimental results indicate that the proposed method is effective and practicable due to its advantage in shortening the shifting time.
