Abstract: In this paper, according to the cDNA conservative sequence of Psy from two species of microalgae (Dunaliella bardawil and Haematococcus pluvialis) and the amino acid sequences of Psy from six species of plants (Arabidopsis thaliana, Oryza sative, Tagetes erecta, Lycopersicon esculentum, Capsicum annuum and Daucus carota) , the forward primer, namely, 5'-ACGCCAAGACCTTCTA-3', and the reverse primer, namely, 5'-GTTGTCATAGTCATTCTTCTC-3' were designed. The amplification by using D.salina genomic DNA as the temple was then performed with an annealing temperature reduction of 0.5 ℃ per cycle in 46~35 ℃, thus obtaining a amplified fragments of about (2 490 bp, ) which was finally identified as partial fragment of the Psy gene from D.salina by the homology analysis of NCBI/BlastP.
