Abstract: By means of the axial bearing experiments of15specimens in two groups‚a detail investigation on the axial bearing properties of discontinuous-tube-in-core concrete filled steel tubular column-slab joint is carried on in this paper.The general situation and the main results of the experiments are introduced‚and the factors influencing the axial bearing capacity of the joint are discussed‚which provides basic data for the construction of the formula of the joint’s bearing capacity under axial compression.
