Abstract: Using the object oriented program language Delphi, a program is developed to treat the result of the finite element program SAP84 for getting the reinforcement according to the new code. An efficient data structure is established to save the system memory. Two calculated methods are used to overcome the inconsistency of the different restrictions. To enhance the user's working efficiency, a function is added to hint the users why the result of calculation is beyond the restriction.
