Determining Parameter of Tyre Curing Temperature Prediction Formula by Method of Time-delay Cross Correlation

Abstract

Abstract: The state of vulcanization of the tyre is mainly determined by the temperature-time history．But in real productionthe inner temperature of the tyre is unable to be measured．In this paperthe author carried out many analyses of both the experiment and FEA data to find out the relationship between inner and surface temperature during vulcanization．Through the method of time-delay cross correlationthe parameters are determined for the regressive prediction formulafrom which the vulcanization process control will benefit．
