Energy-Efficient Cooperative Transmission for SWIPT in WSNs

Abstract: In the WSNs based on the cooperation of information and energy,the transmission power is constrained by the finite battery capacity and the lower energy efficiency.In order to solve these problems,a cooperation transmission strategy under dynamic energy acquisition is proposed.First,a cooperative transmission model for the SWIPT in the WSNs is constructed based on the finite battery capacity of nodes.Then,a distributed iteration algo- rithm integrating the fractional programming with the dual decomposition is proposed to solve a convex optimization problem,thus achieving the optimal allocation strategy corresponding to the constructed model.Simulation results and theoretical analysis show that the proposed cooperation transmission strategy achieves the maximum energy effi- ciency with a higher throughput.
