汽车顶蓬内饰件模具温度场有限元分析及应用

摘要: 采用 PRO/ENGINEER 应用软件构造模具的模型‚用 ANSYS 有限元分析软件模 拟汽车顶蓬内饰件热压成型过程的温度场和温度-时间历程‚发现加热板的布置和传感 器的温度设定是影响热压成型的关键因素.将模拟结果与实测值相比较‚二者基本吻合. 在此基础上‚针对受热不均和局部出现烤焦现象制定出加热方案.结果表明‚该方案是正 确的和可行的‚可提高生产效率‚降低生产成本。

Abstract: The interior decoration mould of auto ceiling was modeled by using the software of PRO/ENGINEER.The thermal field and temperature-time history in the heat-pressing moulding process were also simulated by using ANSYS. It is found that the position of heating panels and the temperature setting of sensors are the key factors affecting the moulding.By comparing the simulated results with the actual ones‚it is found that they fit very well.Thus‚a heating scheme was put forward to solve the problems of uneven temperature and partial singeing.It is concluded that the proposed scheme is correct and feasible‚and can improve the productivity and reduce the production cost.
