摘要: 简述了吸收过程传质理论———双膜理论的基本原理‚据此研究了尿素/添加剂湿法烟气同时脱硫脱氮过程中SO 2 和 NO x 的吸收特性.实验结果表明‚在尿素/添加剂水溶液中‚烟气中SO 2 的吸收由气膜控制‚是液相中伴有快速不可逆化学反应的气体吸收;NO x 的吸收由气膜和液膜共同控制‚是液相中伴有慢速不可逆化学反应的气体吸收.

Abstract:

The basic principle of the two-membrane theory as the mass transfer theory in absorption process was briefly stated.The principle was then used to investigate the absorption characteristics of SO 2 and NO x in the process of simultaneous desulfurization and denitrification from flue gas using urea/additive solution.The experimental results show that‚in urea/additive solution‚the absorption process of SO 2 in flue gas going with quick irreversible chemical reactions is controlled by the gas membrane‚while that of NO x going with slow irreversible chemical reactions is controlled by both the gas membrane and the liquid membrane.
