汽车侧窗区域水污染的仿真和优化

摘要: 为减小汽车雨中行驶时侧窗水污染面积,提高驾驶安全性,基于子域计算和自动寻优设计方法,开展侧窗区域水污染优化设计。选取 A 柱截面参数为设计变量,结合正交试验设计构建样本空间,采用格子玻尔兹曼方法、拉格朗日粒子运动模型与液膜模型,结合子域计算方法共同求解出液滴的运动轨迹和侧窗区域水膜覆盖情况。通过Kriging 模型拟合出设计变量与污染面积之间的近似关系,选取侧窗区域水污染面积的最小值为优化目标,利用多岛遗传算法寻找最优值。结果显示,优化后模型的侧窗区域水相覆盖面积较原始模型下降了 66. 2%。

Abstract: In order to reduce the water contamination on side window of vehicle running in the rain and improve driving safety,an water contamination optimization design of side window was carried out based on the boundary seeded domain method and automatic optimization design method. The parameters of the A-pillar section were se-lected as design variables,and the sample space was constructed using orthogonal test design. The droplet trajec-tory and water covering area on side window were calculated by combing lattice Boltzmann method,the Lagrangian particle motion model,the liquid film model and boundary seeded domain method. The approximate relationship between the design variables and the contaminated area was fitted by the Kriging model. Multi-island genetic algo-rithm was used to get the minimum area of side window water contimination. The results show that the area of water contamination in the side window of the optimized model decreases by 66. 2%.
