电场作用下PAN/PS共混膜的特性

摘要: 以相对分子质量67 000的牛血清蛋白为超滤分离对象,通过测定膜通量、截留率、膜通量衰减程度和恢复率等膜参数,研究了外加直流电场作用下聚丙烯腈/聚砜共混膜的分离性能.结果表明:外加正电场时共混膜的膜通量和截留率都有所提高,在外加+120V/cm的电场时,分别提高了85%和1.1%;在外加+60V/cm的电场时,膜通量由57.14%降低到26.33%;经过“电场自洁净”的共混膜其膜通量的恢复率可达到90%以上.因此,外加电场可改变共混膜的分离性能,提高膜通量、截留率以及抗污染性.

Abstract:

The separation performances of polyacrylonitrile/polysulphone (PAN/PS) blend membrane under the action of an external DC electric field were investigated by measuring the membrane flux, the retention rate as well as the decline and recovery of the flux, with bovine serum albumin (67000 in relative molecular mass) as the ultra- filtration object. The results show that both the flux and the retention rate of the blend membrane increase in an ex- ternal positive electric field, that the flux and the retention rate increase respectively by 85% and by 1.1% in + 120V/cm electric field, that the flux decreases from 57. 14% to 26. 33% in +60V/cm electric field, and that the flux recovery rate reaches more than 90% due to the self-cleaning by electric field. It is thus concluded that an external electric field may improve the separation performances and increase the flux, retention rate and anti-fouling property of the blend membrane.
