摘要: 为实现传统催化剂填涂方法在微反应器中的应用,提出一种波纹状的催化剂金属载体结构,并利用多齿滚压成形工艺来实现该载体薄片的快速加工,研究了滚齿和压紧力大小对薄片成形的影响.结果表明:压紧力与滚轮齿距有关,齿距越大,压紧力越小;使用齿距相同的滚轮组进行加工时,不锈钢薄片形成规则的波纹形状,且滚压层表面形成茸状粗糙的结构特征,便于催化剂的附着;利用溶肢涂镀方法可将催化剂紧密地负载在波纹薄片的表面.

Abstract:

In order to effectively apply the conventional catalyst-coating methods to microreactors , a new kind of corrugated sheet as catalyst support was proposed. Then , a machining method named multi-teeth rolling formation was developed to realize the rapid and continuous production of the sheet , and the influences of hobbing and pressing force on the sheet formation were finally studied. The results indicate that (1) there is a negative relationship between the teeth space and the pressing force; (2) when the sheet is fabricated by a group of identical rollers ,there forms regular corrugation and pubescence-like rough rolling surface , which facilitates the adhesion of the catalyst on the sheet; and (3) the catalyst can be tightly coated on the sheet surface by means of slurry-coating method.
