摘要: 研究了两种高炉矿渣细粉对泥浆型粉煤灰硬化体和干硬击实成型粉煤灰硬化体中Cr(Ⅵ)溶出的抑制效果.结果表明:(1)经适当处理的高炉矿渣细粉能有效抑制粉煤灰硬化体中Cr(Ⅵ)的溶出;(2)溶出抑制的效果与粉煤灰的种类、硬化体制备方法以及矿渣的细度和掺量有关;(3)矿渣细粉与普通硅酸盐水泥复掺时,抑制效果更佳;(4)一般来说,养护龄期延长,硬化体中Cr(Ⅵ)的溶出量减少、同时发现,硬化体中钙矾石和C—s—H凝胶粒子等的生成,对固化稳定Cr(Ⅵ)离子和防止其溶出作用.

Abstract:

The retention effcts of two kinds of ground blast-furnace slag(GBFS)on the leaching of Cr(VI)from hardened fly ash slurry and the hardened fly ash compacted at the optimum moisture content were investigated in this paper.The results show that:(1)the leaching of Cr(VI)from hardened fly ashes can be effectively restrained by GBFS with proper treatment;(2)the retention efect of GBFS on the leaching of Cr(VI)depends on the types of fly ashes,the preparation method of specimens and the fineness and content of GBFS;(3)better retention effect is achieved when GBFS and OPC(Ordinary Portland Cement)are used together;and(4)generally speaking,the leaching of Cr(VI)from hardened fly ashes decreases with the prolonging of curing time.It is also indicated that the formation of ettringite and C- S- H gel in hardened fly ashes contributes significantly to the fixation and stabili.zation of Cr(VI).
