摘要: 鉴于反应精馏技术的广阔应用前景及应用过程中的特殊性和复杂性‚以反应精馏合成乙基叔丁基醚为例‚对该过程进行了数学模拟‚建立了通用的数学模型‚并用部分牛顿法进行求解.经实验结果检验‚发现实验值与模拟值基本吻合‚证明了模型是合理可用的.利用模型对反应精馏合成乙基叔丁基醚的主要工艺条件进行寻优‚发现存在部分最优的工艺条件值:最佳总板数为16‚乙醇最佳进料摩尔分数为0.5‚最佳进料流量为0.24×10-3 mol/s‚同时也发现体系的共沸对反应精馏有负面影响.这对实现反应精馏合成乙基叔丁基醚的优化生产具有指导意义.

Abstract:  In view of its great prospects for application and the peculiarity as well as complexity in its application‚the reactive distillation process was mathematically simulated and a general mathematical model was constructed‚with the synthesis of ethyl tert -butyl ether (ETBE) as an example.The Partial Newtonʾs method was then adopted to seek solu-tion for the proposed model.It is found through experiments that the experiment results basically accord with the simu-lation results‚thus proving the rationality and usability of the proposed model.The main technical conditions of the ETBE synthesis by means of the reactive distillation were finally optimized by using the proposed model.It is thus concluded that there exist some optimal values of the conditions;the optimal number of the total plates is16;the opti -mal mole fraction of the ethanol feed is0.5;and the optimal flowrate of the feed is0.24×10-3 mol/s.It is also con-cluded that the azeotropy of the reaction system exerts a negative impact on the reactive distillation process.The pre-sent study may offer some guidelines for the optimization of ETBE synthesis by means of the reactive distillation pro-cess.
