摘要: 研究尿素、添加剂的吸收剂溶液对烟气同时脱硫脱氮吸收反应过程中尿素消耗的动力学方程.实验结果表明‚吸收过程中尿素溶液浓度随时间的变化呈线性关系‚即为零级反应方程;无添加剂的尿素溶液的反应速率常数 k 为0.8571mmol·L -1 ·min -1 ‚而加入乙二胺和磷酸铵添加剂的尿素溶液反应速率常数 k 分别为1.945mmol·L -1 ·min -1 和1.1521mmol·L -1 ·min -1 .此外‚烟气同时脱硫脱氮吸收反应的速率常数大于烟气单独脱硫吸收反应的速率常数和烟气单独脱氮吸收反应的速率常数之和.这说明烟气同时脱硫脱氮吸收反应过程中各反应有协同促效作用.

Abstract:  The kinetic equation of urea consumption in absorption reaction was studied in the process of simulta-neous desulfurization and denitrification from flue gas by using urea/additive solution.The experimental results how that the relationship between urea concentration and time is linear‚and the reaction order is zero.The rate constant k of absorption reaction of urea solution without additive is0.8571mmol·L -1 min -1 ‚while k is res-pectively1. 945mmo1·L -1 ·min -1 and1.1521mmo1·L -1 ·min -1 with the additives of ethylenediamine and ammonium phosphate‚.The rate constant of absorption reaction in the simultaneous desulfurization and denitrification is greater than the sum of those obtained in separate desulfurization and denitrification‚which shows the synergism in the process of simultaneous desulfurization and denitrification.
