摘要: 基于WSR‚从数学模型角度‚考察了传统价值工程(VE)程序的“硬化”现象‚提出了一种新的WSR 分析步骤.与 GB8223-87中的VE 程序相比‚改进后的VE 程序从单纯考虑客体的功能-成本扩展为系统考虑主体-客体的功能-成本‚即物理、事理和人理方面‚从而使VE 能够有效面向复杂管理系统.

Abstract:  Based on the system methodology of “Wul- i Shil- i Renli (WSR)”‚and through mathematical models‚the hardness trend of traditional value engineering (VE) has been examined as well as a new WSR analysis procedure on VE is proposed.Compared with the VE procedure given in Chinese National Standard GB 8223—87‚the new modified VE procedure has largely been extended from originally only concerning objective “function/cost” relation to the “function/cost” relation of Wuli phase‚Shili phase and Renli phase.This new procedure makes traditional VE adaptable to complex management system.
