摘要: 研制了水轮发电机振动在线监测系统‚该系统包括数据采集、振动分析和通信3 部分.为了解决实际电站调试时很难实时获得水轮机水力振动故障信息的问题‚开发了相 应的动态仿真模拟机来模拟实时数据的采集过程‚并将采集到的振动特性数据送至振动 分析系统.振动分析系统对所接收到的振动数据进行时域分析、频域分析等多种分析‚从 而可帮助找到振动根源.

Abstract: An on-line vibration monitoring system for the hydraulic generator was developed.The system is subdivided into three subsystems‚namely‚data collection‚vibration analysis and communication.To counter the difficulty of acquiring rea-l time fault signals in field debugging‚a dynamic simulation system had been developed.It can simulate the process of rea-l time data collection‚and sends the collected data to the vibration analysis system‚where time-domain analysis‚frequency-domain analysis‚etc.‚are implemented to locate the vibration source of the unit.
