    Considering the image source identification algorithm based on the camera fingerprint and the imaging sen-sor pattern noise to be easily attacked by fingerprint- copy operation,this paper simplifies the triangle test algorithmwhich is a counter- attack algorithm against the fingerprint- copy operation,that is,the attenuation factor for eachblock is set as a constant,thus reducing calculation time.Then,the performance of the counter- attack algorithm isdiscussed in detail from four aspects,namely,the addition manner of sensor pattern noise,the image content,theway of extracting sensor pattern noise and the number of illegally- used images.Finally,according to the experimentalresults,this paper points out that all the four aspects can affect the success rate of the counter- attack algorithm.Inaddition,the degree and scope of effect caused by the above- mentioned factors are also explored.

    Based on the periodic scheduling research of independent tasks on the star- based grid,a new topologyoptimization method including static and dynamic optimizations is proposed for the star- based grid by analyzing differentfeatures of grid platforms respectively in unsaturated,critical and redundant states,and a method to measure thecomputing capability and resource utilization of the star- based grid is put forward.Through the static optimization,the optimal grid topology structure is identified,and a method to build the optimal grid platform is presented.Through the dynamic optimization,the admittance strategies of a new node to the grid platform with the dynamictopology structure are discussed.Then,by mapping the computing capability to the dynamic loads,a dynamic opti-mization algorithm of grid topology structure is raised.Finally,the expansion strategy of grid platform is devised.

    Due to fast update of news,the clustering- based preprocessing is usually needed when the news is recom-mended to users.However,some traditional clustering methods are too complicated while others rely on iterative ini-tial value,none of which can be accurately and effectively applied to news recommendation.Considering the aboveissues,we propose a news recommendation method based on two- fold clustering.In this method,a density clusteringof random sample data is conducted.Based on the cluster number and initial cluster center of the density clustering,a fast two- fold clustering of all the news to be recommended is performed.Then,the news recommendation is realizedby combining such factors as fashionability and popularity.The proposed method can cluster relevant news without toomuch computation cost,and it can calculate parameters by means of parameter estimation.Experimental results showthat the proposed method is superior to other news recommendation methods in terms of diversity and accuracy.

    Most online spam identification methods cannot effectively distinguish user interest degree in contents ofdifferent emails,thus causing identification precision to be very low.In this paper,a novel online spam identifica-tion method based on the support vector machine (SVM) is proposed.First,according to the theories of incremen-tal learning and active learning,the representative samples are randomly selected from training sets so as to find outsamples with most uncertain classification for users to implement labeling.Then,the concept of the user interestdegree is introduced,and a new sample labeling model and a new algorithm performance evaluation criterion areproposed.Finally,the“roulette”method is employed to add the labeled samples to the training sets.The results ofvarious comparative experiments show that the proposed method effectively helps achieve high spam identificationprecision and high speeds of training samples and selecting the samples to be labeled,so its online application ishighly valuable.

    When preprocessed XML data are used as text information to be dealt with by the TF- IDF (Term Fre-quency- Inverse Document Frequency) model,the IDF as the weight of terms has imperfection of its own.In orderto solve this problem,the data source- sensitivity of terms is defined as the modification coefficient of the IDF.Itsvalue depends on the probability which provides the term with the data from different sources.When the probabilityis big,its value is big,and vice versa.Then,the similarity function is defined on the basis of the weight vector ofthe fixed terms.Finally,experiments of detecting duplicate XML data from multiple sources are conducted on realand simulated datasets.The results show that the proposed method achieves a higher F measure value,which indi-cates that the data source- sensitivity of terms helps improve the effectiveness of similarity function.

    Aiming at the possible fixed parameters and computational side- effects of the recursive operations oninductive data types,the authors define the strong monadic inductive data type and presents proofs of strong monadicinitiality by combining the notions of monads in functional programming languages with the adjoint in the categorytheory.Furthermore,we propose a kind of recursion with fixed parameters and computational side- effects.It isproved that this kind of recursion can provide better abstraction and encapsulation in comparison with normal recur-sions.Meanwhile,we discuss the corresponding categorical properties and calculation laws.

    With regard to the limitations of the modeling and description of super- scale information systems in thepervasive computing environment,we establish a novel software architecture model which is named as COA (com-munity- oriented architecture).COA provides new modeling and descriptive methods for more complicated and grea-ter information system as well as a new solution to the design and planning of super- scale information systems.Inthe COA model,community,as a single cluster to agent,becomes a new factor of modeling just as components arethe integration and cluster of basic objects.On the basis of traditional WRIGHT language,the grammar is extendedproperly and CSP is adopted to deal with the operational semantics,thus forming a new type of systematic descrip-tive language which is faced with COA.Finally,in combination of a virtual application scene of pervasive compu-ting,a description case based on COA is presented,and the role and significance of the COA model in the perva-sive computing environment are expounded.

    According to the historical cycles and spatial correlation of traffic flows,a model named as SARIMA-RBF is proposed to forecast the short- term traffic flow,which integrates the advantage of the SARIMA model inmaking use of the historical cyclic data with that of the RBF model in making use of the spatial correlation data.Inthe proposed model,the SARIMA model is adopted to forecast the traffic flow at the next time by using historicaldata,and then the RBF model is employed to obtain the output value by combining the SARIMA- based forecastdata with the relevant traffic flow data of the upstream and downstream of test point.The output value of the RBFmodel is exactly the prediction result of the SARIMA- RBF model.Experimental results show that,in comparisonwith the SARIMA model and the RBF model,the SARIMA- RBF model achieves better results in forecasting theshort- term traffic flow,because it considers both the historical cycles and the spatial correlation.

    Aiming at the feature extraction of Morlet wavelet transform results,the wavelet coefficient matrixobtained by the continuous Morlet wavelet transform is decomposed by singular value decomposition (SVD).Therelationship among the singular value,the feature signal and the noise in the Morlet wavelet transform results isanalyzed.Based on this relationship,the effective feature information of wavelet transform results can be clearlyextracted by selecting appropriate singular values for SVD reconstruction.Further calculation is carried out to obtainthe frequency- energy spectrum,and the shock feature can be extracted according to the peak position of this spec-trum.Finally,the proposed method is applied to the fault feature extraction of bearing vibration signals and is com-pared with other methods.The results show that the proposed method can extarct the distinct fault waveforms andachieve a very good effect on fault feature extraction at a low signal- to- noise ratio(SNR).

    When the torsional vibration of the drive shaft of rolling mill is monitored on-line by means of the torquetelemetry system,the signal features show that the electromechanical coupling vibration occurs in the main drivesystem.In order to reveal its mechanism,the harmonic components with fundamental wave in the cycloconverteroutput current and the corresponding harmonic torque are obtained by a Matlab /Simulink simulation,the characteristicsof drive mechanical structure are analyzed by means of ANSYS.Then,an equivalent kinetic model of drive mechanicalstructure with nonlinear stiffness and damping term is built,and the coupling mechanism and characteristicof harmonic excitation and mill structure are revealed. Simulation results indicate that both reducing harmonicamplitude and increasing damping can decrease vibration energy to a large extent.

    Boundary slip is one of the key features of micro-flow,and it provides a new way for flow control bychanging the slip status of flow channel.Based on the slip effect adjacent to the wall in the micro-gap and the Navierslip boundary condition,a model of exact solution to the shear flow in the two-dimensional micro-gap with a lyophilicand lyophobic wall is constructed. Then,the reliability of the proposed mathematical model is verified by establishinga simulation model of micro-flow based on the computational fluid dynamics method,and it is used to investigatethe micro-flow laws in the micro-gaps with different slip properties according to the slip parameters obtainedfrom the experimental results in relevant literatures.The results show that ( 1) the slip flow in the micro-gap variesrapidly with the wall movement,and it tends to be steady within milliseconds or below; ( 2) the lyophilic stationarywall is of a stronger adsorption ability to liquid in comparison with the moving one,while the motion status of thelyophobic wall has a small impact on the slip flow; and ( 3) in nano-scale gaps,the integration of the superlyophilicstationary wall with the super-lyophobic moving wall causes a strong adsorption of liquid on the lyophilicwall to occur.

    This paper discusses the clearance leakage and friction torque changes of slipper pair in axial pistonpump with different cylinder speeds,different cylinder pressures and different centrifugal force arm sizes.The resultsshow that ( 1) the cylinder speed,the cylinder pressure and the centrifugal force arm size are important parametersaffecting the clearance leakage of slipper pair which are related to pressing force,dynamic-pressure effectand centrifugal moment of slipper; ( 2) the friction torque increases with the increase of clearance leakage; ( 3) theactual clearance leakage and friction torque loss of piston pump increase as cylinder pressure and speed increase,and they are greater than their theoretical value due to the effects of piston pair and valve plate pair; and ( 4) theclearance leakage and friction torque loss of slipper have smaller effect on the volumetric efficiency and mechanical efficiency of axial piston pump.

    In order to improve the forming quality of multi-position progressive stamping and reduce the cost of diemanufacturing,the stamping process of the structural part used for car door rail is simulated in terms of bendingdrawing,trimming,shaping and flanging as well as of springback after unloading.Then,such forming defects ascarrier distortion,cracks in the process of deep drawing,flanging and springback are predicted and analyses on whythose defects occur are performed.Moreover,corresponding measures for solutions to or control of such problemsare raised,which aid to rebuild the finite element model,and thus ideal simulation results are made.Finally,aprogressive stamping trial is carried out according to the simulation results,and a set of qualified left-right car doorrails is successfully produced by means of double-die symmetrical pressing method.In addition,the manufacturedprogressive die is able to meet the requirement of mass production.

    In order to represent cutting edge,a method for precision measurement and data processing is proposed,In the method,the laser scanning confocal microscope ( LSCM) is employed to measure the cutting edge in a preciseway,and then the cutting edge radius is fit through data post-processing.The results show that ( 1) the bankangle of angular gage block can affect the range of measurement and the judgment of asymmetry,which should bereasonably chosen according to the structural parameters of cutting tool; ( 2) as for TPMT16T304,the measurementeffect is better at the bank angle of 50.5°; ( 3) data smoothing can effectively remove the measurement noise,andthus improve processing efficiency and measurement accuracy; and ( 4) the least square fitting result is consistentwith the measurement value obtained by means of SEM and the nominal value,and the uncertainty of criterion issuperior to 0.084 μm.The results mentioned above indicate that the proposed method is easy to operate and moreprecise in measurement.Furthermore,it does not damage cutting tools.

    As servo deep drawing technology produces a great impact on the deep drawing effectiveness and efficiencyof 304 stainless steel,a servo deep drawing process curve of 304 stainless steel is established by extractingthe constraint conditions of the curve based on the mechanical and servo deep drawing properties of press.Then,the orthogonal simulation experiment of the curve meeting conditions is performed,thus achieving an ideal targetprocess curve.Finally,the deep drawing experiments of 304 stainless steel are performed through the servo controlsystem and the process-programming free curve mode on a servo crank press,thus verifying the feasibility of freecurve mode.The results show that,under the conditions of servo and programming the proposed free curve modecan produce an ideal deep drawing effect on the materials which are difficult to mold .

    For 3-RRR parallel robot,both geometrical dimensional error and joint clearance of component play arole in positioning accurately and precisely.In this investigation,based on the kinematic error model consideringthe joint clearance,these two error sources are both identifield through kinematic calibration and the influence ofjoint clearance on re-positioning error is analyzed.Then,the dimensional and residual errors are used to make upfor the inverse kinematic model and the desired position command respectively,thus improving positioning accuracy.Finally,based on the clearance error model,the re-positioning precision is improved when the compensation for theinfluence of joint clearance is done.

    In order to achieve superb precision tracking control of vibration output force,the corresponding controlalgorithm based on acceleration feedback is investigated.In this investigation,a vibration experiment device drivenby AC servo motor is designed,and a system dynamics model is established.On the Matlab /Simulink platform,thecontroller parameters are optimized by means of a real-coded adaptive genetic algorithm,and the sinusoidal outputforce tracking control is simulated.Finally,a vibration output force control system is built on the basis of the realtimecontrol software TwinCAT,and tracking experiments are carried out through the sinusoidal output force signalwith an amplitude of 50 N at the frequencies of 13.33,16.67 and 22.22Hz.Experimental results demonstrate thefeasibility of the vibration output force tracking control device and the effectiveness of the control algorithm.

    In the investigation,a porous micro-channel composite structure was designed and prepared.First,thecopper particles were sintered together with the base at high temperatures to form a porous layer structure of certainthickness.Then,a micro-channel structure of certain depth was made on the porous layer through wire-electrodecutting.The micro-channel structure is not only able to increase the surface area of sintered porous layer whenboiling but also provide steam channels to ensure the steam to escape when resistance becomes less,thus helpingbubbles go out easily.Meanwhile,when liquid is boiling violently,micro-channels can provide gas-liquid twophasechannels,thus separating gas with liquid.Finally,the influence of such key parameters as micro-channelnumber,micro-channel angle and micro-channel width and depth on the boiling heat-transfer performance wereanalyzed.Experimental results indicate that the more the micro-channel numbers and the larger the micro-channeldepth are,the more contact area of gas-liquid interface will bring about better enhanced boiling heat-transfer effect.

    Five series of waterborne polyurethane emulsions,respectively with different relative molecular masses ofsoft segments,different kinds of hard segment,different hard segment contents,different hydrophilic chain extendersas well as with blending modification by liquid paraffin were synthesized via the actone method with poly-1,4-butylene adipate glycol,1,4-butanediol,hexamethylene diisocyanate,isophorone diisocyanate,N-( 2-aminoethyl) -amino ethane sulphonated sodium,dimethylol propionic acid and ethylenediamine as the main raw materials.Then,the structure and hydrogen bonding of WPU were characterized by means of FT-IR,and the crystallinity and thermostabilityof WPU films were determined respectively through DSC and TG.The results indicate that ( 1) highercontents and more-defined structure of hard segment as well as the addition of liquid paraffin can increase hydrogenbonding degree of WPU; ( 2) with polyester polyol of higher relative molecular mass as the soft segment,diisocyanateof regular structure as the hard segment,sulphamate as the hydrophilic chain extender and liquid paraffin asthe modifier,WPU films show higher crystallinity; and ( 3) higher crystallinity of WPU films helps improve theirthermostability.

    Sugarcane bagasse was pretreated via the self-catalyzed ethanol delignification,and the pretreated sampleswere analyzed by means of FT-IR,SEM and XRD,and then the corresponding enzymatic hydrolysis wasmade.The results show that ( 1) the pretreatment makes some lignin and hemicellulose hydrolyzed and the relativecrystallinity of pretreated samples increases by 32.97%; ( 2) after the treatment,the surface of bagasse fibres isfragmented and fine fibres are exposed with a result that the efficiency of enzymatic hydrolysis is greatly improved;( 3) when the pretreatment is performed at the temperature of 195℃ with a volume fraction of ethanol being 40%and warmth remaining for 30 min,57.97% of lignin in the solid material are removed,and 8.59 g xylose isobtained from pre-hydrolyzate,which accounts for 35.16% of total xylose in the raw bagasse of 100 g; ( 4) duringthe subsequent enzymatic hydrolysis,40.29 g glucose is obtained,which accounts for 92.15% of total glucose inthe raw bagasse; ( 5) the gradual separation of hemicellulose and cellulose in raw material is preliminarily achievedand at the same time a large amount of ethanol lignin is obtained; and ( 6) the optimal enzyme dosage is 10 FPU/gand the solid-to-liquid ratio ( dry substrate) is 1∶ 40( g /mL) .

    In order to solve the problems of poor practicality and low accuracy of the existing paper tensile strengthprediction models,two prediction models respectively based on the partial least-squares ( PLS) and the supportvector machine ( SVM) are established for a corrugated paper mill by selecting parameters affecting paper tensilestrength through mechanism analysis.Then,the two models are simplified by deleting parameters of low correlationwith tensile strength,and the simplified models are compared in terms of prediction accuracy.The results show thatthe simplified SVM model,whose root mean square error and Pearson correlation coefficient are 321N/m and 0.909respectively,is a quick prediction model with a high accuracy,so it is more suitable for the on-line prediction oftensile strength.

    In this paper,the fractal characteristics of paper surface and the feasibility to use fractal dimension tocharacterize the micro-topography of paper surface are investigated through AFM to acquire the micro-topographydata and through Heron formula to optimize the algorithm on the fractal dimension.Then,the distribution homogeneityof surface height is evaluated with the average value of standard deviations of RMS roughness in differentscales and at different angles as parameter,and the effects of the gloss coating and the vacuum aluminizing onmicro-topography are discussed.The results show that ( 1) the fractal dimension based on the original algorithmexceeds the theoretical value while that based on the optimized algorithm is within the range of theoretical value;( 2) paper surface displays fractal characteristics and optimized fractal dimension can be used to characterize thesurface of micro-topography; ( 3) the higher fractal dimension is,the more complicated surface of micro-topographywill be; and ( 4) when a coating weight is 3 g /m2,the gloss coating do not affect the fractal dimension but causesthe homogeneity parameter of superficial height distribution to decrease from 4.05 nm to 2.11 nm,and the vacuumaluminizing causes the fractal dimension to decrease from 2.58 to 2.21.In addition,the homogeneity parameter ofsuperficial height distribution reduces from 2.54 nm to 0.78 nm.
