Abstract: According to the characteristics of the oceanic dynamic environment of the Taiwan Strait‚the construction scheme of the stereo monitoring net‚which generates the advanced achievements of oceanic dynamic environment moni - toring technology in our country‚was discussed.To meet the demands of information sharing and service of the net‚ four details were investigated‚including the classification system of service objects‚the division of service layers‚the total structure of the service system and the technology strategy on the basis of data warehouse‚GIS‚WebGIS and so on.
