Coordination Degree Analysis of Manufacturing Systems

Abstract:

By analyzing the construction and operation mechanism of manufacturing systems,a evaluation model of coordination degree including the objective coordination,the structure coordination and the operation coordination is established,and a quantifycation method integrating several macro parameters is proposed by quantifying the abovementioned factors. Then,a case study is conducted using the production and management data of a electronic manufacturing enterprise. The results indicate that coordination degree is feasible and applicable in evaluating the comprehensive performances of manufacting systems.
