Abstract:

Proposed in this paper is an index system of highway landscape evaluation based on the satisfaction theo—ry in economics,including such indexes as the quality perception,the value perception and the satisfaction of thepublic.The rationality of the selected indexes is verified by the principal component analysis,and a satisfactionmodel of highway landscape evaluation is established by means of the structural equation modeling(SEM).Moreover,a landscape road in Guangzhou is selected to conduct a questionnaire survey.The results show that the pro—posed satisfaction model helps to analyze the perception of public for highway landscape systematically,scientifically and quantitatively
