Abstract:

In order to reveal the main factors that affect the NO x formation in the process of maturing , CFD ( Com-putational Fluid Dynamics) software Fluent was used to simulate the mechanism of NOx formation. The results show that the formation of NOx is mainly affected hy the rising-rate of temperature , the maturing temperature and the flow velocity of kiln gas. As a result , in allowahle processing conditions and output , the formation of NOx can he de-creased hy properly decreasing the rising-rate of temperature , improving the kiln structure , accelerating the flow of kiln gas , uniformizing the kiln gas and reducing the retention time of kiln gas in the high-temperature region.
