Experimental Research on Jet Electroforming Oriented by Rapid Manufacturing

Abstract:

The principles and system components of the jet electroforming 0rientated by rapid manufacturing were introduced,and some nanocyrstalline copper parts with simple shapes were fabricated by the introduced technology.SEM and XRD were then used to analyze the mierostructure of the nanocrystalline.The t-esuhs sh0w chat the iet kctrolorming greatly Increases the ultimate curent density,fines crystalline particles and improves the depositionquality.Moreover,the deposited copper layers are all of nanocrystalline micmstructure,with an average size of
55.6nm and a minimum size of4.4nm
