Module-Integrating Technology in Chemical Process Simulation and Its Application

Abstract:

In order to satisfy the demands of chemical process simulation,an approach and the corresponding technology for integrating the defined modules of the user with the common simulation softwares were proposed based on the software integration technology.The proposed approach and technology were then applied to an industry,that is,simulating the solvent recovery system in the ketone-benzol-dewaxing process with Aspen Plus and neural network models.The results prove that the proposed approach an d technology are feasible an d can be used to solve some practical problems in chemical process simulation.
