Impulsive Control of a Class of Nonlinear Time·Delay Diferential Systems

Abstract:

The aim of this paper is to investigate the problem of impulsive control of a class of nonlinear time-delay diferential systems x'=f(x( (t))+g( (t-τ )).In the investigation,the definitions for impulsive exponential stabilization and periodically impulsive exponential stabilization are first presented.The suficient conditions for these two kinds of stab ilizations are then obtained by constructing appropriate Lyapunov functions.Moreover,the design methods with simple and linear impulsive control functions that only depend on the system parameters are presented.Numerical exam ples are given to illustrate the proposed method.
