Design of a High-speed Data Sampling System Based on ISA Bus

Abstract:  The hardware and software design of a high-speed data sampling system based on ISA bus was introduced.
In this system‚four pieces of ADS7810AD converters are started in turn at a certain interval to shorten the AD con-
verting time comparatively‚thus obtaining a high data sampling speed of2.6☞MHz in the system on ISA bus.Virtual
Device Driver (VxD)‚which is easy to transplant to other applied situations‚is adopted to read the sampled data.The
sampled data are displayed and processed through a Windows application.Experiment results show that the perfor-
mances of the system can meet the requirements of the food sterilization device with high-voltage pulsed electric field.
