Abstract:  The Guangzhou Municipal Bridge Management Information System based on the B／S mode was introduced in this paper‚in terms of the exploitation goals‚the general design of the system and the function of the system mod-ules （including the Geographic Information System Module‚the Database Management Module‚the Net -level Manage-ment Module and the Project -level Management Module）．The key technologies and methods to implement the system were described by comparison‚with their advantages and disadvantages as well as the applicability clearly pointed out．Meanwhile‚a proper technical scheme was proposed according to the actual conditions．
