Abstract:  Fermat’s problem is a famous problem which is of great practicality in engineering．The author presented a simple geometrical method of seeking Fermat’s point．The formulae for calculating the coordinates of the point were derived‚which is expressed by the coordinates of the triangle apex．The conditions to generalize Fermat’s point were also derived．
