Abstract: To solve the problems of medicine trade enterprise' s information construction, and eliminate ' isolated island' of information, this paper designed a structure of medicine trade EIP (Enterprise Information Portal) system, and established a data warehouse-based fundamental model of medicine trade EIP. In this paper, XML is used to mine heterogeneous data, and the medicine trade EIP system is realized by designing the medicine trade decision tree and the clustering algorithm.
