Manufacture of the DNA Field-effect Transistor Sensor

Abstract: A DNA field-effect transistor was manufactured. Single-stranded DNA modified with biotin was fixed on the surface of the sensor, using avidin as the connector. The stability and selectivity of DNA field effect transistor was studied, and the response of different complementary DNA concentration was determined.
