Abstract: Based on the present new trend of Ethernet intelligent measuring and control system‚a general system platform structure of Ethernet intelligent measuring and control was proposed．The design and the main function module of networked measuring and control virtual instrument software based on Java were presented in detail．A virtual instrument platform software was realized．It is found that‚through the proposed method‚the feasibility and flexibility of the platform software can be enhanced and the effectiveness in the process of measuring and control system designing can be improved．
